I have recently started coming to the Butterfly Room, after many years at a previous salon. I was slightly apprehensive given the Covid restrictions were still in place at the time, but from my first visit and each time since, I have found the salon to be very organised, clean and all the staff to be friendly and welcoming. Josey has been my hairdresser for more years than I can remember and I always leave with a beautiful cut and colour.

Had such a lovely time with Caity! My nails looks fabulous and can not wait to show them off tomorrow!

With the help of Kaite I have been transitioning to grey hair. She has explained the process in a friendly and knowledgeable way. I am also impressed with how all the staff support one another.

I cannot recommend highly enough. My hair isn’t easy to manage , Josie, my stylist is amazing with the scissors etc

Yet another fabulous visit to the Butterfly Room. I always feel welcome and walked out once again with an amazing head of hair !

I visited the salon on Saturday to have my hair, nails and feet treated and what a treat it was! I went into the salon with boxed dyed black hair and left with golden brown locks! Caity did an amazing job with my hair and I am so pleased with it, she is a credit to the salon!

All the staff at Butterflies Hair Salon are polite and friendly. Josey, my hairdresser of around 26 years, is one of the best. I trust her to do what she thinks is best with my hair and I’m always happy with the outcome. Thank you Josey!

I am currently recuperating away from home after major surgery and cant wash my own hair. Saw The Butterfly Room as we drove past and randomly called in to see if they could possibly just give me a wash. Invited me in there and then and were so kind even though it is clearly a busy & popular salon. Were more than happy to let me book for the same again this week and even offered it for free. Wish it was my local salon, could see myself becoming a regular client for more than "just" a wash.

New to the area I decided to try the Butterfly room , to find my new Hairdresser's, after months of having to put up with my hair getting out of hand due to lockdown. I'm always nervous when someone cuts my hair, but Becky put me at ease straight away, such a friendly stylist seem to know how I would like my hair by asking the right questions and just went for it. Making sure I was happy when she had finished. Which of course I was, so found the whole experience relaxing and went away very happy and no regrets. Especially as I also got a recommendation
discount to. Booked in for a second appointment in a few weeks time. Which I shall look forward to once again.

Autumn (3) and her sister (6) both had their hair cut today, they were both very confident and loved their salon experience, this is all thanks to how friendly and helpful the team is.
Both girls were made to feel extra special when they were given beautiful braids after their cut! Thank you so much xx

Becki always cuts my son’s hair & manages to create a style which suits him, despite the moving target! She is patient and speaks to him about his interests, which is lovely. Always an excellent service.

On Hair Design:

I felt listened to and gently guided to a colour and cut right for me. Results are ALWAYS sublime here. Need I say more.

On Atmosphere:

The Butterfly Room is always relaxed, friendly and therapeutic, brimming with a chilled energy and wonderfully uncontrived vibe. 

With great refreshments, friendly ambience, and super skilled massage (thank you Chloe) I felt welcomed and able to switch off and unwind.

Considering a short notice appointment my daughter was fitted in to have her prom hair done. Welcoming and friendly from the start.
Listened to how Jessica wanted her hair to be styled for her evening, just from a photo on a mobile phone. Beautifully done, and great value for money.

I hate the hairdressers and stubbled on Butterflies by accident. My hair was in awful state after years of not cutting and home colour - I expected it to have to have inches off it. I’ve walked out with more length than expected and in good condition. Thanks for your patience with me today. I look forward to the next appointment. I actually enjoyed today.
