As a salon, we take pride in offering a warm, professional environment, and I’m glad you acknowledged that our staff were lovely in the many emails between us. Regarding your haircut, the photos you provided were taken in another salon and they do not show your face, so we cannot confirm they reflect the work done here. The stylist in question has reviewed the images and does not recognise the finish as her own.

We offered a complimentary correction, including a private appointment outside of normal hours with myself to ensure your comfort. This offer remains open. However, as per our terms and conditions, we do not offer refunds — a policy that is clearly stated in your confirmation email and on our website.

We always aim to resolve concerns with care and professionalism, and I hope you will consider the steps we’ve taken to do so.
