I’ve been a regular for I believe around the 2 year mark now and never had a bad experience, the service is perfect, you can tell the workers truly care about the customers. Chris has always been the one that cuts my hair and I’ve never had that feeling of “I wish this was different” he always gets it spot on and the atmosphere that he brings is always positive, I honestly couldn’t suggest a better salon or stylist.

Chris was great - completely listened to me and made sure he knew what I wanted and then made suggestions which made the end cut the best it’s been for ages. Looks so much healthier and love way it sits. Chris took as much care with blow dry and finish - I knew exactly what I wanted and he got it spot on! Definitely be back - very happy.

Amazing stylists are hard to find and I’ve spent 2 years travelling 200 miles to my old one. After my 3rd visit to Mark, I’ve finally found a stylist to trust - his colouring is clever, exactly what I wanted and my hairs never looked better - a real pro! Chris has been cutting my hair for a few years now and I honestly hope he never leaves the salon because he's the best hairdresser I've ever had. He listens to what I want and always makes sure I leave the salon 100% happy. He's incredibly friendly too. Highly recommend!

I rarely get my hair cut as I worry it will be cut wrong however when I arrived Abbie asked what I wanted and listened to what I said, she also suggested layers to make my hair feel thicker.
My hair was washed by Bailey who was really welcoming and I had a lovely conversation with him where he then asked if I’d like a head massage. After he washed it, he took me back to my chair and offered me a drink.
My final cut and finish was absolutely amazing and it’s exactly what I wanted!

All staff make sure that you have a great experience right from the young girl who puts on your gown, the lady who takes care of your drinks and the guy who shampoos your hair.
