Always excellent customer service. Consultation for wedding hair and now have a plan of action. Very happy about that. Time taken to explain options for colour styling etc.

This salon was recommended to me. I walked through the door to a warm reception and a very pleasant and relaxing environment. Attentive consultation and had all the works. A couple of days later I was unsure about my colour and called H&B, I was immediately invited back in and Karl worked his magic x 10/10 thank you H&B!

I came to the salon for my complimentary blow dry following my first ever appointment at the Haus of Brooks. That service on its own is perfect as it gave me an opportunity to talk through how I was getting on with my colour ending with a wash and blow dry. And to put it simply it was the best blow dry I’ve ever had, my hair is thick and naturally wavy but I like it blowed dried straight with a curl. Chris listened to me when I was explaining how I like it done and he used multiple hair brushes to create the style, taking his time to ensure it was done perfectly. It lasted for several days over the Christmas period which is exactly what I want out of a blow dry.

The whole experience of having my hair done today, and as every time I visit the salon is always an absolute treat. There’s always humour amongst everyone, an beautiful ambience with the surrounding music, along with a lovely feeling of being pampered.

Love Karl’s work every time, he fully understands the ‘journey’ I’m on with my hair and always listens carefully to my preferences. Customer service is second to none and I always have a thoroughly enjoyable time every time I visit...

The salon is always warm and welcoming and you are immediately offered a choice of beverages. Chris is always careful to listen to how you want your hair styled and always delivers 100% on the finished style.

Jody was wonderful. He spent a lot of time listening and talking to me about what I was wanting to achieve with my hair. As I am not good with a style that requires a low of maintenance, he selected a style that I could easily manage at home. He also added some very natural colour that has lifted my hair without looking too obvious. I am really really pleased with it. I have always been very anxious about going to the hairdresser but today has been a really good experience, I felt relaxed and have come away smiling. Thank you so much!!

I observed this treatment when i attended the last O-WAY in house event at HB. Having spoke to the models after the treatment and seeing the results for my own eyes i knew it was something i had to try for myself. And ....i was absolutely right! As per usual! I felt so harassed prior to the treatment...I've had a mental week and the treatment totally lifted me. I felt amazingly energised after the treatment. The whole thing was really quite surreal...you know when you have one of those awesome experiences that you really can't quite articulate and then the minute you do you kind of diffuse its awesomeness....well...that's what I'm talking about! So...im not going to say anymore ...only...buy it. You are totally worth it! Then write a review exactly the same as mine! DO IT!

Haus of Brooks was originally recommended to by a lady in the street. I stopped her, her hair was beautifully cut, to ask who her hairdresser is she pointed me to Haus of Brooks. I was very new to the area, so took the recommendation. I have been with the salon now for 18mths and can not speak highly enough of the skill, caring and professionalism of the staff. They are FABULOUS. My stylist is Karl, and he is brilliant.

I had my 2nd visit to the salon today for a complimentary wash and blow dry after having my hair cut and coloured 2 weeks ago with Chris. I am extremely happy with my hair the cut and colour is great, the products used are lovely, smell gorgeous and are echo friendly which is important to me.
All the staff are really nice and friendly ( esp the lovely dog cheeka :) ) and the Salon has a lovely atmosphere, always get coffee or tea and cake and after my first visit I got a lovely little goody bag with some samples in which I thought was a lovely touch . Looking forward to my next visit in January.

As usual my experience was excellent, all the staff are friendly and professional, especially Karl who makes you feel relaxed and comfortable all through the process.

I loved the way Chris styled my hair yesterday. I had an supper event last night and my new husband thought i was the oist beautiful in the room. Of course he is biased. But i arrived at the salon looking dishevelled and down at he7rl. I left loooking very glamorous sn7d feeling confident.

Jody is brilliant, enough knowledge to write books on eco approaches to hair. A local stylist who not only matches the best in the West End but he is an international stylist and trainer. The best listener with advice more useful than therapists and.

Most of all a decent human and my hair always looks amazing.
