Jo was absolutely brilliant! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel so welcome and at ease. She took the time to listen to what I wanted, offered honest advice, and helped me choose the option that was best suited to me.
At no point did I feel like she was trying to sell me anything. Instead, her priority was making sure I was happy with the end result, and that really stood out. In my experience, that's quite rare these days. Too often people are polite on the surface, but Jo genuinely cared about giving me the best experience possible.

I love Charlie. She is so friendly, happy and a delight to talk to even though I’m having hair loving ripped from my body. She is very thorough and I’m not left feeling awkward or embarrassed. The salon is so convenient as I work in Battle so what’s not to like.
A belated review - I visited Treat Aveda Hair & Beauty on 18th June. I moved to Battle 4 months ago from a completely different area and I was nervous about trying a new hairdresser. You know how it is, a bad haircut can really knock your confidence and you are basically stuck until it grows out! Anyway, Jo at Treat has given me a great haircut. She listened to what I wanted - so many hairdressers don't - and I absolutely love my hair. I will definitely be going to her again.

My first visit to Treat and not disappointed. Went for a shoulder and back massage and Charlie did a great job at relieving the underlying muscle tension. Felt loads better afterwards. Will be booking again soon.

As soon as I walked into the Spa to book an appointment I picked up a lovely fragrance and a calming atmosphere. I received a very warm welcome and plenty of smiles from everyone.
Louise is so lovely and such a good therapist. She explains everything as she goes along and has a wonderful technique.
I always have the best experience with Louise! My brows and shellac nails look perfect every time. She's incredibly talented, professional, and makes every appointment such a treat. I wouldn't go anywhere else and highly recommend her and the salon!
