TONI&GUY Hull opened in the city centre in 1999. We are dedicated to providing the ultimate salon experience with a strong team of talented and passionate stylists and technicians who will ensure your TONI&GUY experience is a fabulous one for both you and your hair.

Our talented team of stylists and technicians are on hand to give you expert advice and create hair that is individual and easy to live with, interpreting fashion trends with versatile wearable styles. We offer many additional services including Bridal and Occasion hair and the NanoKeratin Smoothing blow-dry.

Our wide range of haircare products include label.m, GHD and L’Oreal to keep your hair perfect until your next visit. We are also an official stockist of Balmain Hair and offer their high quality human hair extensions. joe has been the most professional hairdresser i"ve met so far in hull been almost 4 years here. my hair is thick and frizzy. she managed a clever on layers haircat and a stunning blow dry. my hair look and feel so glossy and silky! having a chat i think she is a perfect role model for her family and she loves taking care of people. exceptional service!

I explained what I didn't want and got stylist to explain what they meant but then it turned out that they hadn't understood at all and did exactly what I didn't want. Either listening skills were poor or she didn't understand me. I was unhappy when I left and reconsidering finding somewhere else. Getting a really good short haircut for women has been difficult and Vidal Sassoon in Leeds were great at this. Cutting with scissors is being taken over by shavers which doesn't create anywhere near the same standard of cut and style. Please upgrade your skills/technique.

We apologise that you were not satisfied with the outcome of your haircut on this visit. At Toni and Guy we have continuous education programs and all of our team are sent to our academies on a regular basis to improve their technique and to learn the latest skills. Using clippers on women’s short hair allows us to create a certain creative finish. However there has been a miscommunication somewhere as using scissors can create a different finish which you may prefer. We will further educate all staff in making sure consultation is as thorough as it can be to ensure this doesn’t happen again. We will be using more visuals and explanations throughout consultation to avoid miscommunication as we pride ourselves on satisfying clients.

Excellent service, first visit to a proper hair salon for my son, he usually does barbers... he loved the attention and Zoe was very friendly , she washed, cut blow
Dried and styled his hair exactly as the pic my son showed her, couldn't fault the service, only thing I would say is I sat and waited for 30 mins and wasn't offered a drink but others were, small point , nothing major
