What a lovely experience well looked after by Maddie who is easy to talk to and caring listens to what you want done

Had my second visit today for root touch up, all the staff are lovely and friendly, its a relaxing atmosphere the staff make you feel so welcome, Ferhat my stylist amazing with hair and colour, thankyou Ferhat love my hair

I just love the vibe in this salon everyone is so welcoming and lovely and so happy with my hair

From the moment of walking in the strand I was greeted with such a warm and friendly welcome. My stylist was Ferhat who is a true gentleman. I felt very reasured by him from the start that he understood the colour I was wanting to be achieved. The result was amazing and I absolutely love my hair thank you so much Ferhat. Can I just add the whole experience was an absolute treat. A Delicious hot chocolate made by the lovely Lauern a wonderful reclining chair when you have your hair washed which was bliss. I can't wait to return x

Briony cut and blow dried my daughters hair (age 11) and made her experience comfortable and calm and did a fantastic job with her hair. The salon is stunning, lovely atmosphere and the complimentary hot choc & biscuits were a lovely touch.

I have started to really enjoy my visits to the hairdressers again, thanks to The Strand and Ginta, from the moment you walk in you are made to feel pampered. Thanks to Ginta’s advise and expert cutting, colour my hair is more manageable and overall in better condition….thank you x

Absolutely amazing, I needed a change after having my 2nd kid, wanted to feel myself again. Lauren was fabulous!! She gave me great advice on what would suit me and the service was brilliant. Felt really looked after.

This was my first visit to the strand and I was very impressed. From my consultation to the finished result I felt totally at ease and listened to. I absolutely love my hair!

I have autism and find it really difficult to go to the hairdresser's and only go once/ twice a year. Maddie was so lovely, thoroughly explained what was going to happen and talked me through each process and told me how long the colour and treatment was going to be left on for. Which helped me a lot. I love my hair so much, it is exactly what I was hoping for. It was the most pleasant and positive experience I've ever had at a hairdressers.

Always lovely service from Ferhat and warm welcoming from all staff

From an amazing welcome from Honey, to a lovely wash and head massage (also Honey), topped off with an amazing g restyle from Georgia, my experience was top notch. Georgia made sure she knew what I was looking for, asked lots of questions about products I used, how I styled my hair etc. She then gave really good advice on what I should be using to get the best out of my hair. Came out feeling 10 years younger, with an outstanding haircut. All in all, a vibrant, busy, modern salon, where all the stylists really seemed to ask a lot of questions of their clients to make sure they got it right. Would deffo recommend

Lauren is like a hair wizard! She turned my grown out, brassy blonde into a beautiful blended bronde. I felt so well taken care of from the start and she took the time to listen to what I really wanted from the appointment. So pleased with my new, low maintenance colour!

Briony did a full head of highlights and sorted my hair out ready for my wedding on Thursday. As usual excellent service from start to finish. Lovely girl who made me feel good. A mention to Honey to who made my drinks and did a great job of washing my hair!. Can't beat staff who are good at their job and enjoy it. They always go above and beyond

Lauren is absolutely bloody marvellous! She used a different technique for this cut as she is always looking to make my hair look the best. She listens, offers great advice, and always makes sure I leave feeling confident and happy with my hair. She makes every appointment such a pleasure, We always have a good catch up. My first visit to The Strand , and honestly I couldn't have been more at easy at every point . Welcoming staff , luxury atmosphere , and brilliant service . It's the first time I've actually felt listened to in a salon, and felt like I was given REAL advice about how to care for my hair .

Maddie always goes above and beyond. She is very knowledgeable and offers great advise and recommendations. She is a very talented hairdresser and I wouldn’t go to anyone else.
