Had a very pleasant experience at this salon today and very happy with my hair cut will definitely be returning.

Abbie and the team made me feel very welcome, as always. The salon has such good vibes. Alex worked his magic again and turned my neglected and frazzled mop into the most sleek and shiny hair I’ve ever seen! I love it and can’t stop looking at it! Thank you Alex. 🙏

Ferhat created my amazing hair for my brothers wedding. I honestly felt like a million dollars and everyone commented...the man is a genius- thankyou so much!

I really enjoyed my visit up the salon as always as soon as I walked in I was greeted with friendly faces , I had a free treatment today which was fab my hair feels amazing

Maddie is an amazing stylist, the transformation on my hair is stunning. She listened to everything I had to say and offered her opinion and advice when I was not sure what would look best for me. I would highly recommend, not only is she amazing at her work but she is easy to get along with and have a laugh with.

From the moment you walk into the salon you are made to feel welcome! My appointment was with Alex and he was lovely 🥰 He took time listening to what style I had in mind and I have actually come away from a hairdressers having the style that I wanted and it was a chilled experience from start to finish! I love my new look and will certainly be back to have more stylish cuts with Alex!! Thank you!

Excellent had my hair colour changed and cut shorter. Exactly what I wanted looks great. The salon is a beautiful relaxing place to visit well looked after. It's a treat to go there. Highly recommend. Babies has got it so right with salon and staff.

I popped in on the off chance of availability for a cut and blow dry and a colour consultation. I received a really warm welcome with a lovely pot of tea and biscuits. (It's these little touches that go a long way) Ferhat was free for a cut and blow dry and I had a really long chat about my colour goals. He listened to what I wanted and showed me photos which perfectly matched what I'd described. My hair wash was a lovely experience. He listened to exactly how I wanted my hair cutting and drying and delivered exactly that! I got a £20 discount as a first customer and welcome gift bag! My hair felt amazing after he had finished. You can tell he's a perfectionist.
If you want a hairdresser who listens to you and delivers what you want and you want to leave feeling a million dollars, then this is the salon for you!

The Strand is a beautiful Salon and from walking in on my first appointment I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable.
Anita has been doing my hair for around 6 months now and she is amazing! I had a complete change of style and colour and I have never had so many compliments on my hair!!
All the staff are really friendly and the salon has a great atmosphere.

I rarely get my hair done because it’s always been my safety blanket—I tend to stick to what I know. But Ferhat completely changed that for me! He gently encouraged me to try something new with long layers, and I’m so glad I listened. He did an absolutely amazing job. To top it all off, he gave me the most beautiful blow-dry I’ve ever had—now I truly understand why he’s called the king of the blowdry!

Ferhat is not only incredibly talented, but also one of the loveliest and most welcoming people I’ve met. I couldn’t have asked for a better stylist. I walked out feeling confident, refreshed, and already excited for my next appointment.

I love coming here to get my hair done. I really feel like I'm being pampered! With the lie down hair wash experience and the conditioning treatments to the excellent service from Anita the whole package is amazing I definitely recommend! Had my hair done at The Strand by Abbie - partial roots this time - and as always, I left feeling great. I genuinely enjoy every visit. The whole team is friendly, approachable, and the atmosphere is always relaxed. I get so many compliments on my hair, which says it all! Bonus points for the lay-flat backwashes (my absolute favourite bit). It’s also a really inclusive and accessible salon, which makes such a difference.

Another fun visit to The Strand. So lucky to have found this salon and my stylist. All of the team are friendly, welcoming and greet you with a smile. The atmosphere is so much fun from start to finish.

I liked the new colour and the styling, but some of the white hair in the front wasn’t covered well and still shows specially when I left my hair back.

Went to the Strand after a local hairdresser's ruined my hair. I was immediately put at ease and assured he could make it a lot better. True to his word my hair is back to its soft condition and styled beautifully. I can't thank Ferhat enough, such a talented hairdresser. The salon itself is beautiful, all the staff and the owner are very friendly. I highly recommend this salon.

I was recommended The Strand by my Sister and wanted to give it a go. After driving 45 minutes from home I wasn’t disappointed. I was greeted with a warm welcome and served with a much needed hot and cold drink with biscuits. My stylist Ferhat was extremely helpful in choosing my colours. I felt my cut was what I asked for and the blow dry was fabulous. My overall experience was brilliant.
Ps. The reclining chairs when having your hair washed were a game changer for me. I suffer with my back and neck so these were great to relax in.

First time Maddie doing my hair today, she was so lovely and very professional throughout my appointment. My hair looks and feels amazing, looking forward to my next appointment 😊
