Emily was my stylist. I have found my favourite person. I love what Emily has done for me. She listened to me and understood my needs.
Bit expensive but you get what you pay for. See you next time Emily.

My 7 year old daughter had a lovely experience at the salon having her first wash, cut, blow dry and curl. It was a nice day out in the summer holidays. It was unfortunate on the evening the cut was wonky when her curls had dropped out. I called the next day and they got her back in to straighten the cut and we received a refund. She was upset when we left as her hair had to be cut shorter than she desired but it was good that the salon got us straight back in to rectify and offered the refund.

I absolutely love this treatment, my hair looks amazing and would definitely recommend to people with thick, frizzy unmanageable hair.

She always listens to me (and my mum) when I come in for a cut we always have a good laugh and she knows exactly what I need every time

This was my first time in the Salon. From the moment I stepped through the door I was made to feel welcome. The bed was amazing as I have back, neck and shoulder damage. For the last year I have been really suffering with my hair. It has become very thin, falling out and just lost its life. I’ve tried everything you can think of multiple vitamin's, expensive hair care products… I’m in my mid 40’s so it’s probably hormonal but seeing your hair all over the bathroom floor is just soul destroying…. The solution…. Tape in hair extensions by maddie. She colour matched them perfectly and I cannot describe the joy of looking like a Kardashian with long bouncy hair. Every day is a great hair day. I cannot recommend her service enough !

It was my first time at The Strand. I’m not someone who bothers much with my hair until I really need to, I don’t follow trends and I have no idea what would suit me! But briony was fabulous, she suggested various things and the outcome is gorgeous! Laying down to have my hair washed was lush! I didn’t feel pushed into anything, it’s a lovely salon but I didn’t feel out of place and un-trendy.
The whole experience was just really lovely.

It is always a pleasure coming to see Emily, she always gets it right and knows exactly what I want and what will suit whilst looking after my hair and me. Love my hair

First time at this salon. All staff are so welcoming, Georgia who did my hair was fab she knew what I wanted and what she could do to give me the best look. And I am so glad I choose to come here, she has tranformed my hair to something I love to look at! Gorgeous products used, I will be saving some pennies to buy their products on my next visit.

Lauren is an amazing stylist. She listen’s to what you want and will give advice where needed.
She is easy to talk to, and always there to greet you with a welcoming smile.
Her cut and blow drys are spot on, due to the fact she has listened to you. It’s nice to just sit and relax and let her work her magic.
Salon is lovely and relaxing.
From walking in to walking out it’s a great experience.

Modern techniques and is able to colour and cut based on a photo. Really nice experience- second time with Maddie now and she doesn’t disappoint, friendly and chatty too!

I had such a fantastic experience at this salon! My hairdresser (farhat)was incredibly skilled and paid so much attention to detail. He did the most beautiful hair colour I've ever had, and the blow-dry was absolutely perfect. The whole experience was professional, friendly, and relaxing from start to finish. The salon itself is lovely, clean, and welcoming. I couldn't be happier with the results and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for amazing hair and excellent service!

I haven’t been for a hair appointment for around 2 years as I don’t particularly enjoy it, but what an experience. Emily was amazing and cut and finished my hair to perfection. The additional little touches like the tea in a tea pot just made the experience much more special, unique and individual. I have even booked to go back again

Had my hair done today with Emily. The attention to detail and customer care was amazing in The Strand. I came in as a model for balayage & a butterfly cut which I love and I am so happy with. Emily was lovely and we had a detailed consultation beforehand to agree on what tone of blonde, how short of a cut ect. The attention to detail from Emily was amazing & the appointment was not rushed at all she was very meticulous and thorough. Thanks for the cuppa & biccies and a lovely hair pamper 🤍 looking forward to coming back in future!

Great experience, lovely people, gave me tips in looking after my hair and how i can try and fix it as it is a bit damaged. I would have liked to have left a tip but Im a bit skint at the moment so unfortunately i couldnt. I will deffinately be back.
