I always enjoy coming to the Strand as it is just a lovely atmosphere and a great salon. I have had my hair done by Ginta, Lauren & Lola and they are all amazing. Happy to have found a great salon. The lay down hair wash chair beds are amazing too and I've always been super happy with my hair.

So thankful for the lovely hair service from Maddie today, so patient and kind. Maddie listened and suggested what would work with my hair type and I am very happy with the result. Thanks Maddie you’re a star ⭐

I was recommended The Strand by my Sister and wanted to give it a go. After driving 45 minutes from home I wasn’t disappointed. I was greeted with a warm welcome and served with a much needed hot and cold drink with biscuits. My stylist Ferhat was extremely helpful in choosing my colours. I felt my cut was what I asked for and the blow dry was fabulous. My overall experience was brilliant.
Ps. The reclining chairs when having your hair washed were a game changer for me. I suffer with my back and neck so these were great to relax in.

First time Maddie doing my hair today, she was so lovely and very professional throughout my appointment. My hair looks and feels amazing, looking forward to my next appointment 😊

I had such a wonderful experience with Lauren at The Strand Hairdressers! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel so welcome and at ease. Lauren really took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered helpful suggestions that were spot on. My hair turned out absolutely gorgeous, and I couldn't be happier with the results! She's not only super skilled but I also enjoy our chats. Highly recommend her if you're looking for a talented stylist who truly cares about giving you the best experience!

You will never be disappointed whichever stylist you choose - a great team of stylists. Amazing cutting, colouring and styling skills and this is from a person who is extremely fussy about my hair (bad hair day and you have a bad day).
Shout out to Anita who did mine yesterday, great work as usual, always leave feeling so much better.

Finally found the salon and stylist for me! Alex always does an amazing job on my hair and I'm always happy with the result. Such a warm and welcoming place would definitely recommend!

Left salon feeling so happy with my new fresh, light, blonde hair. First visit and made to feel very welcome by all the team. Lovely friendly atmosphere in salon. Ferhat took time to talk through what I wanted and different options which I appreciated as im not great at making hair decisions! My colour and blow dry/styling looked perfect and he recommended some products to help maintain my colour and hair condition. The products were a very good price for full size. I enjoyed my experience today and have booked to come back. Thankyou!! :)

From start to finish Anita is an amazing stylist, very knowledgeable and has definitely got to know my hair and what I like, the salon has a brilliant atmosphere which is warm, friendly and very welcoming. I can't wait for my next appointment!!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this salon. From the moment I walked in, I was met with warm and accommodating customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort especially in maintaining my privacy as a hijabi which I truly appreciated. Despite there being male workers, they took extra care to provide a private space for me showing a great level of respect and understanding.

Ginta was my hairstylist who was absolutely amazing! She was so knowledgeable and provided great advice on how to maintain healthy hair tailoring her recommendations specifically to my thin damaged hair. She was non-judgmental and kind and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. The service she provided was exceptional and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

The atmosphere was welcoming and the complimentary snacks and drinks were such a lovely touch. It’s rare to find a salon that is so inclusive, professional, and considerate. I anm incredibly grateful for the experience and will definitely be returning for future treatments. Highly recommend

Stunning salon with a lovely atmosphere. This was my first visit, I had colour and cut by Ginta, she’s lovely and so knowledgeable. I’m so pleased with my hair and will certainly be back.

Well what a transformation Lauren did to my hair, from long to short and put some lovely highlights in to it, I'm so happy with it, what an experience from walking in to walking out. All the staff where lovely. I would definitely recommend the Strand.

Made the big mistake of dyeing my roots OMG what a mess! Luckily Super Woman Lauren came to the rescue and worked her magic to correct it I was so happy it could be put right. Lauren was patient, informed me throughout the process what she was doing and had the knowledge how to put things right, Thanks again Lauren

I've recently started going to Anita for my hair cut and colour, couldn't be happier! After having the same hairdresser for 15 years, I was apprehensive to try somewhere new. Anita is professional, friendly and explains things well. The salon is so friendly, nice relaxed atmosphere. Really happy with my recent cut and colour, came away really pleased with a great colour, super shiny hair and understanding of what I need to do to maintain it on my holiday. Highly recommended!

Lauren is amazing 😁 she asks questions regarding my previous cut and listens to my answers. I have never been happier with a stylist. She is professional, caring and chatty. The salon is beautiful and very friendly.. My mum also had an appointment today with Alex, she loved every second too.

I visited the strand as I thought my hair deserves more than I was receiving in my previous visits to the hair salon I was using. I had a consultation with Alex and discussed what I wanted and expected now and going forward, I felt confident in and very excited.

On the day I felt very pampered and had an eduction on what hair type I have and what products I need to use to help with styling and to achieve healthy and shiny hair, which I did purchase at a great price! The result Alex achieved made me very happy and confident, I am looking forward to my next appointment to go even lighter!!!

Loved the reclining beds used for washing your hair and yes Alex when concentrating you do go to your happy place!!!

The best salon by far!! Anita has worked her magic several times with my hair. She has a true talent for colour! Every visit is always so chilled and friendly. 5 stars!! 🌟

Loved every minute of my salon experience this morning. Alex highlighted my hair like the colour professional he is, and made suggestions to enhance the existing colour. The whole team at The Strand are friendly & create a welcoming atmosphere. I always look forward to my visit & recommend them all the time!

Very pleased with my haircut and hairdresser to notice of my instructions. All the staff are wonderful and feels very comfortable and relaxed environment. A* grade.
