A lovely warm welcome, all the staff at Female Ego are very friendly. Claire's skills are outstanding, she created a new me, bringing life back to my hair and lifting my facial features. Emily brought back colour to my brows and lashes, my spirits were lifted as I stepped outside the salon heading for a night out with friends. Thank you all.

Another visit to this happy friendly, relaxing salon. Notably my go to haven. My stylist Leah is such a a lovely person always ready to give answers to my questions from styling my hair to treatments etc. Takes me through the products she is using ,why they have been chosen for my hair and how to apply them. It really is a gem of salon to visit as everyone is friendly and welcoming.

I absolutely love my hairstyle what Donna did for me. She listened to me & knew exactly what I wanted. My Great nanna used to come to this hair dressers my nanna still comes & my mum used to come when she was my age & I think this will be my hair dressers were I will be always coming. As my great nanna always said I felt pampered today thank you Donna

Went in for roots doing today Jo put did some magic on the rest and it looks really good like fine highlights am well pleased with results I was really looked after coffee and a few laughs with staff and customers a pleasant couple of hours

Mandy is so lovely and caring. Always makes me feel really special when I am in the salon. Always listen to what my needs are, explains what will work and what won't work ans comes up with a solution for the best results It is always a pleasure to go to the salon to see Mandy. All the ladies at the salon are lovely and always make you feel welcome.

Firstly had a fabulous clarifying wash treatment by Jane, who really took her time and made my hair been so nice and shining again. Joanne finished me with a wonderful sleek blow dry, really friendly and professional and asked me which products I’d like to be used 100% made sure I was happy with the finished result 5 star!!

I had a great day having hi lites and was made to feel very comfortable and I experienced a very professional attitude from my stylist and left very happy

As always, had a great service from Dannie and Leah. We all had trims and my youngest had a braid. We love coming to the salon - all the technicians are so friendly, professional and great at what they do. Super friendly service. We highly recommend.

Due you me leaving it too late, I was unable to get an appointment with my usual stylist, Claire, so booked in with Jo, who came highly recommended by Claire. Prior to my appointment they had a conversation between themselves regarding my very high demands and unusually special needs (!) and I'm delighted to report I left the salon as one very happy customer! And this is review from someone who'd rather have a tooth out than a hair cut!

Always an amazing experience inside this salon from start to finish . Nice shampoo with massage followed by Jo’s haircut and style not forgetting the great banter, truly amazing experience every time would highly recommend.

I couldn’t ask for a better more helpful hairdresser. Donna has been looking after me for 6 months plus now. And I won’t be going any where else now

I went in with dodgy roots and explained I wanted my hair to grow for my wedding next year, Donna explained about why Mt roots had gone the colour they had n cut my hair to grow into the style I want , was very friendly lovely woman
