I showed a picture (multiple) of women with gold hair. Warm undertones and lighter streaks towards the front. I’ve left with a full head of light brown ash coloured hair which cost me £114. Before the stylist started I asked her, her plan because she didn’t explain what (or how much it was going to cost for that matter) yet still she was vague. After bleaching the heck out of my hair she then went in with a very dark toner. I’ve left with a drab almost grey coloured hair style. I’m super upset, I’ve tried to call multiple times to ask if there’s a way of washing out the awful toner but no one answers. Very unprofessional and disappointed considering my first appointment couldn’t have been better (cut by different hair dresser). The salon itself is beautiful and welcoming, but the colourist has not listened or taken in what I’m saying at all. Now I have to go on holiday with dull and ugly hair. Will never return.

Absolutely professional; the service, the space and the products used were all of a premium standard. I was consulted and even with my vagueness (I never really know what I’m doing), Mathew beautifully cut my hair and I got an amazing massage along the way. He is a sensational hairdresser who has helped to change how I view and treat my hair. Both he and Amy are amazing, skillful and talented stylists. Always a warm and personal service - I thoroughly recommend their Salon!

I’ve selected Amy as she’s my stylist, however, both Mathew and Amy and super, they work as a team and always give me a beautiful cut and colour.
Amy cuts like a goddess and my hair always feels so good, yesterday I went from brown to blue black (darkest brown) it wasn’t an easy task but she did it and without killing my hair xxx

I went to M A salons due to the fact that the last place that did my hair were just so rude to me. Amy is an amazing stylist walked out with the hair I’d been trying to get for months. She was kind and i was comfortable and very happy to be there. The salon is just lovely so clean and modern. The price is half what I’ve payed at other salons for a far better experience, Would recommend to anyone to use M A salon for all their beauty needs :)
