I was very happy with my hair cut and styling, it was a late booking and my usual stylist here didn't have space in my time frame. Sharon did a great job with listening and making suggestions leading to a great result. I would definitely recommend Sharon and I love coming to this salon.

As well as three more individual awards to selected members of the team.
This does not surprise me at all. As far as I am concerned Unique Cottingham has always been Salon of the Year for twenty years which is the year it was founded.
The service here just gets better in every way. It is far more than just a hairdressing service. The staff are so professional, skilled in their art. and also friendly, making me feel welcome and at ease.The premises is well designed, open plan and tastefully decorated which adds to the sense of calm and relaxation and Jodi my stylist is well experienced and expert in every skill. She understands my hair and I trust her judgement completely to achieve the best results. I am always receiving compliments on my hairstyle and its colour and condition. I highly recommend their excellent service.

My visits are always so relaxing & it’s just like going home.

Brilliant, welcoming, listens to everything you want there experience is second to none. Kirsten goes above and beyond to ensure you’re salon experience is relaxing and you come away feeling looking amazing.

My husband and I love our visits, a calm, relaxing, very friendly environment and we are always delighted with the results!

My second appointment, this time I had my colour done as well as a cut and blow dry. I was very happy with my first cut here which is why I returned and my colour today is brilliant. After so many disasters at various other salons over the years, it's great to finally have someone that listens to what I want and who advised me when I'm not sure.

1st trim for a long time.. Jane was lovely and friendly . Pleased with the haircut Jane did, it feels so much better getting rid of the wispy bits and it’s now the start of a style ready to grow into.

Came on with dull uninspiring hair ...went out with shiny super styled super coloured hair thanks to Jane's professional care

Came to Aleesha while she was still training and stayed with her now she’s qualified, she’s always been able to do what I’ve asked for and understands I can’t get super regular hair cuts and accommodates the style and colouring so it’ll look good when it grows out. The salon it’s self is a very comfortable experience always been offered drinks and the staff are very friendly. Highly recommend.
