Had a lovely experience at the salon this morning. Warm welcome from Dylan. Did an excellent cut and finish..

Always made to feel so welcome, taken through to little lounge area and offered a drink. Informed hairstylist will be with you shortly, never taken through to saloon area after my appointment time. All staff acknowledge you, if any of the staff see you have finished your drink they always ask if you would like another.

Kirsten gave me some good advice about my hair, she is very knowledgeable and helped me from making a mistake about perms and colour, I came away very satisfied with my hair and its condition.

I really like getting my hair styled with Aleesha and Dylan. They are both very good at listening and making suggestions of what will work on my hair, also suggestions of the right products to use at home.

Im a new client of Jane and my long slightly frizzy wavy hair today after a blow dry looks amazing. Soft smooth and shiny. The best it has looked for literally years.

As always it was a lovely, relaxing, friendly experience at Unique. My hair looks great and is very easy to manage. My appointment is always something to look forward to!

I always look forward to my hair dreesing appt every 3 weeks at the Salon. Always without fail grta huge welcome from Kate whp also is involved with the washing of my hair. Then ovet to Kirsten who like al the other stsff are so organised. Ive triuly tookunique into my heart. As feel kirstan is more then my haidresserbecause l have a disability. And in many ways she as looked after me. Many times have turned up fot my appountment and have not bren well at all. But lve managed to het in brcause All of the staff are sp hard working. Thru work so hard and still give thier 200 per cent tp all customers. I see ot as being part of the unique family. Thier social skills are very hard to beay from any other hardrssers. That lve seen if lve gone with A friend waiting before my ilness. So for me to still arrive im dire pain sometimes. That is how much l enjoy mu hait dsy. But all girls amd the male staff are hatd working. Thier hosting skills when loking aftet you wiyh refreshments are truly the vrry best kirsten is one ofthe best experienced hairdressers that as ever done my jsir . Just how l liked it. And Kirsten as beenterr for me. In cherring me up.Ensuring that l am comfortable. But ahain that also applies to al your stsff but Kirstan brings many othet skills to unique ehich is sn added bonus to your Salon. Iniwue as an amazing staff. I would recommend unique in cottingjam ay any time. . Just to add l have a friend with learning disabilies as started coming to the Salon as she always loved my hair style. And she is well pleased with her own haircut.

I contacted the salon for a blow wave and style for a wedding. It was short notice. But you would never have known it. I was treated as a valued customer. Everyone was kind and courteous. My stylist was so lovely and helpful. We discussed what I wanted. She u destroy perfectly. I loved my hair and receives a lot of compliments. It kept in stay until well after the wedding. Thank you.

My favourite hairdresser ever

I like a certain style that resembles the 1920’s bob which is a very precise cut - Jody cuts it just how I like it . The whole experience is so enjoyable, especially the head massage when I’m having my hair washed. I thoroughly recommend the salon and so glad I changed my existing salon for this one

Jody trimmed my wig exactly as I requested—every detail was spot on.
She was incredibly friendly and instantly put me at ease.
Wig trimming is no small task; there's no room for error when the hair can't grow back.
Her skill and confidence made the whole experience feel safe and empowering.
