Harry was friendly, professional and happy with our colour consultation. We like some colour and he was open to our suggestions. It was our first visit and you and the person in reception made it a great experience.

The best salon myself and my husband have ever been to you get a spa like head massage low-level lighting treatment which totally relaxes you before your haircut, which you don’t even have to think twice about because John is such an expert and the best hairdresser we’ve ever had

As always my experience at Unique was fantastic. Arriving after a long week at work, taking advantage of their late night opening which helps when working 09:00-17:00 my experience was relaxing and enjoyable. All the staff are always friendly and welcoming and my opinion sought for what I want.

I am always greeted with a smile and invited to take a seat while I wait for John. John always sits with me for a minute to ask how my hair has been since my last visit. John could cut my hair with his eyes closed as I have the same style each time. However this doesn’t show and we chat throughout. I always used to feel intimidated in hair salons but not Unique. I always receive excellent customer service from all staff. Everyone, including strangers compliment my hair. Thanks you!

No complaints whatsoever about my stylist Ann but I have to say I’ve been coming over 8 years and I don’t feel a valued customer. I sat there for over an hour before being offered a drink and then I had to chase it up. Danny would always say hello Diane when I walked in and I’m sure he did it for all customers and then would offer me a tea and knew what I had without asking. It just makes the experience feel that bit nicer. A little thing but to me an important thing

I have never been to a salon before, I used to use just use mobile hairdressers.
I attended my appointment to the salon and I was blown away. It was such a great atmosphere.
All staff were so friendly and I was offered a drink on arrival.
Ann called me over, we spoke in depth about my hair and she made me feel at ease.
All I can say is what a lovely lady Ann was, talking to me throughout and made me feel at ease and relax.
My hair has never felt so good! I feel human again!
