Very professional, Great service lovely welcoming frendy atmosphere ,ive been going for over 15years and would never change

I have been coming to Salon 55 for a few years.
My hair was a mess when I first used this salon. Keally gave advice in styles that would suit me and persevered whilst my hair grew (it was very short at the first appointment).
Keally is frank and honest and if I ask for something that she thinks would not be a good look, she will discuss this with me to understand what I am hoping to achieve and then come up with alternative suggestions.
I love the straight forward talking.
All the staff are friendly and professional- from Gill who takes the bookings and payment, through to the staff who wash hair, provide (amazing) coffee and biscuits (pre lockdown) through to my wonderful hairdresser.
Many of the hairdressers working here have been here a lot of years unlike many other salons I have visited in previous years. Continuity is important-we need to have confidence the hairdresser we trust will be around for our next visit.
I cannot rave enough about salon 55.
They are not the cheapest in Beverley but you certainly get what you pay for.
Attention to detail and customer service is 12/10 - if that were possible

Love my colour, cut and blow dry as usual. Always enjoy my visits to this salon; it has such a lovely atmosphere and all the staff are so friendly, polite, pleasant and knowledgeable. Just wish I wasn't moving out of the area as I'm sure I won't find anywhere else as good.

I went into this salon on the off chance of getting a appointment for the next day (Friday) for a colour which they kindly fitted me in my whole experience was brilliant from start to finish.

Thank you Skye for my 'Jennifer Hudson' cut. I'm really pleased with it. All I need now is the body, voice and looks!

I had a lovely Facial followed by an amazing Indian Head massage & was totally relaxed all the way through. Leah is a great new addition to the already fabulous team at Salon 55.

Today I had a full facial with new beauty therapist, Leah. She was so friendly and put me at my ease. She took time to talk to me about my skin and gave me advice. The treatment itself was nothing short of amazing; the products smell and feel great. I was so relaxed and my skin felt wonderfully soft and nourished afterwards. I floated out of the door and I'm still feeling the benefits hours later.

I have been using Salon 55 to have my hair cut for the last few years having been introduced to Dan Bushby. Dan is a professional who not only takes great care and pride in his work but is also a great conversationalist making the occasion a lot more pleasurable. He is not just a hairstylist - He's an artist! Jill on reception has managed to 'squeeze' me in for a cut at short notice and is only too pleased to help. I fully recommend Salon 55 and highly praise their professionalism and commitment - Keep up the good work guys .....

I've had haircuts everywhere, from top London places like Tommy Guns and Bartons the like through cuts in most cities, and Dan is the best of the lot. He is passionate about barbering, and knows his subject inside out. Feel really lucky to live close to this place, but would travel many miles for such a good cut. It also costs a third of what I've paid before!!

My experience yesterday with Skye cutting my hair was as always first class. The process of finding out what I wanted as a customer was highly professional as was the quality of the cut. The hair wash is my favourite part 5 minutes of utter relaxation. I cannot commend the quality delivered by the team highly enough the team work shown everybody seems aware of their roles.
The greeting is always warm from Keeley and her team all in all a wonderful experience.

I have never been disappointed in my Cut / blow dry here . Ever! I have been a customer for many years.
Dan did a super cut today , and Skye & Keeley are equally talented. I know that whoever cuts my hair ...the result is always great.

I have been going to Salon 55 ever since it opened and have always had friendly service from it's staff. I have had the same hairdresser for over 20 years and I have always been happy with the results.

My second visit to Salon 55 but I am definitely returning. I'm so fussy about how my hair is dryed and always end up redoing it after a salon visit anywhere but had my highlights done today by Sky and I absolutely love it!! The colour is fab and she styled it just as I wanted. Would recommend anyone to visit the salon

Every member of staff I've had (Jessica, Jessica, Dan, Keeley) have all been super. They are friendly knowledgeable and take the time to properly understand what you are after. I sometimes feel intimidated going into other salons (I am definitely not an expert with hair or beauty!) but they always make me feel relaxed and comfortable. Prices are very reasonable for the service.

It was a last minute appointment for nails and a broe wax, and I left feeling like I'd been going there for years. Highly recommended and will be returning.

Enjoyed having my hair styled by Skye, she always manages to interpret my instructions. Even though I don't always know exactly what I want!! My hair always stays manageable until my next visit

The salon is great - small enough to feel personal and friendly but large enough to be flexible and have great facilities.

Hello I've been going to have my cut and coloured at salon 55 for sometime now. You are always greated with a smile and made to feel relaxed, homely. If I go in with new ideas or just wanting a change I'm always listened to and given good advice. Everyone from the students training to the top stylists is lovely. ????

Lovely experience as always - love this place. So friendly and so professional.

Dan is a very talented hair dresser. I am a fussy customer and he has great ideas and I am always really pleased with my hair. I have being going to him for a few years and would highly recommend the salon. Everyone friendly and price is very competitive.

I alway use Salon 55. Preferably Dan or Sky! Who both do a fantastic job! Exactly how i want it, everytime. They're also great to chat to and make the whole experience even better. You also get a lovely cuppa and a biscuit upon arrival (which always helps!) i love the rustic/modern charm of the salon, with its exposed brickwork and warm, wooden staircase. Its got a nice light and airy feel to the place.

Another excellent experience at salon 55. From the greeting by Jill on reception as you enter the salon to the wash and fabulous head massage by Tori to the always brilliant cut and style by keeley, I cannot fault the salon at all. It never fails to have a brilliant friendly atmosphere that keeps me returning time and time again. Highly recommended .
