I visit the Salon every few weeks with my son who's 5 and daughter who's 9. We find the staff to be very professional and friendly and put the children at ease making it a stress free and enjoyable experience for them and me! Full credit to Ruby and Stacy who cut their hair and also to Claire as I sometimes phone her to change appointments! I would reccommend Deep to friends and family

I love going to the Ingleby Deep, From the greeting at reception right through the consultation, complimentary massage & drinks to the actual service and leaving feeling great, everyone knows their job and do it extremely well. My husband and I love it.

I had been expecting Kendal to cut my hair but she was ill and Melissa from Norton had come to do it instead. I was sooo pleased with what Melissa did. Great advice and lobe my new bob and colour. Thank you

I have not been to a salon for a very long time, and Deep was excellent. My hair was very long and dry and Kristie did a fab job, finding out exactly what I wanted and offered suggestions, she was so friendly and attentive and did a really professional job, will become a regular definitely

Kendal had the task of turning my very red her into a dark blond. Kendal give great advice and spent 6 hours on my hair leaving me with the colour i wanted and my hair was in a fantastic colour.

I had the best time at the hair dressers today. I was feeling a little fed up and not having the best day( I nearly cancelled my appointment as I wasn't in the mood) Ruby is such a lovely young lady and really cheered me up with her enthusiasm, it's clear she really knows what she's doing. All the staff are great. My children came in to meet me and were made to feel equally as welcome. Well done everyone

I really felt nice and comfortable whilst mine and my daughter's hair was cut, they suit your needs and understand everything in general.

I went here today for 1st time and have left with 3 cuts to the back of my neck from trimmer.
I have never ever experienced this before made worse by hairdresser not even apologising.
I have photo evidence if in any doubt, I will not be going back again and would not recommend.

Came into today to get my 7 and 3 year olds hair cut and they made them so welcome the girls loved it and their hair looks lovely

Came in to see Hayley for a redesign and I was not disappointed. I've had my hair done by Hayley a few times now and have been absolutely thrilled each time. The salon is always clean and not too loud like some can be. Everyone is always friendly. I can't recommend the place highly enough!

I've been here several times over the years and the salon has always been clean and well maintained. This time I felt the warmth from the staff had gone. No friendly welcome, no smiles, no pleasantries, staff struggled to make conversation.
I had a bit of disaster with my haircut, asked for shoulder length hair, ended up with a poofy long bob. Must admit this is the first time as an adult I've cried in the hairdressers.
There were so many niggly issues whilst having my haircut this time, the hairdresser was a bit rough, hitting my scalp with the brush, hit my head with the hairdryer, seemed completely oblivious. Spent a great deal of time looking out the window, with sharp scissors in hand. My hair is bouncy, she clearly hadn't thought of this when she lopped off 4inches. The one thing I desperately didn't want was to look like a mushroom -she dried my hair to make me look like a perfect replica of toadstool. Then offered to restyle, tried that and wasn't any better. Then offered to take some weight out, marginally better. Then needed evening up as the left side was longer than the right. The hairdressers hands were trembling at this point. And shorter went my hair.
Couldn't really cope with any more so when asked if it's ok ten times in a row, did I want more product, did I want more taking off, trust me my answer is "it's fine".
I've had many good haircuts here, with the boys, ruby and Kendra. I'm still a bit traumatised (and paid over £40 to be traumatised) but ...hair grows :)

Hayley is always attentive and makes me feel very comfortable. She is professional in her approach to my hair and me as a customer. She advises about style and colour really well and she never disappoints me.

Hayley did a gorgeous balyage and cut on my hair today. She gave me a gorgeous curly blow dry to finish.

I had a complete restyle by Kendal and I am loving my new hair!! What a amazing job!
Deep is one of the best hairdressers I have attended, I was made very comfortable from having my hair washed, to deciding on style , all the way to the end.

The overall experience was pleasent, Hayley was lovely and professional and attentive to what I wanted. I was however shocked at how expensive all the extras were, deep conditioning the products and so on. I was there for 50 minsi - my hair was trimmed which took about five mins then blown dry and curled which I was happy about but for the price I paid I would have expected exceptional cutting and styling - wouldn't return due to the price and not receiving exceptional outstanding service

Hayley at Deep Ingleby was fantastic. I've been going there for about a year but can honestly say that last night when I went in, reference photo in hand and desperation on my face Hayley absolute delivered. I'm so happy with my cut and the colours and she even stayed late to redo something until it was exactly how she wanted it to be. Above and beyond-highly recommend

Went from blonde to red with Hayley. She did an unbelievable job which resulted in exactly the colour and cut I had in my head! All staff were friendly and loved the welcome massage. If u want a high level cut or colour for a fair price choose deep hair salon!!

I normally see Jayde at Ingleby but she is off on sick leave at the moment so today I saw Kendell, a little nervous as I've only ever seen Jayde since using Deep.
I needn't have worried, my hair looks great....got 2 complements on the way home in the supermarket and from my husband !
As always the complimentary service was really good.
Wouldn't use any other salon ☺

I love to come to this salon! The standards are so high. The staff are always attentive from the moment you walk through the door and look after the clients really well throughout the appointment. There is always a thorough consultation, welcome massage & plenty of hot drinks & magazines offered. I book with Ruby who is extremely professional and always does a great job. She has lots of enthusiasm and energy. Emily is also very professional and attentive.
