I followed Chloe here from the Stockton salon. Everyone is friendly and professional and Chloe always does a great job with my hair. I leave the salon feeling happy and refreshed!!

I always look forward to having my hair done at Poppy’s with Chloe, she is so friendly and professional, and is very good at her job. She listen’s to how you want your hair doing, and does exactly what you ask for. Plus we always have a good chat which is nice. I have never been disappointed. She gives you a lovely head massage too.
I would never think of going anywhere else.

However I do have a problem with the sink when I’m getting my hair washed. The sink is very heavy and hurts my shoulders.

Excellent job by Chloe on my hair. I have a fairly short layered Bob which has to be cut just right to fall into place - perfect cut I am really pleased with it.

As a trans woman I'm very protective of my hair as it's 1 of the few things I get to control and I have found poppy's to be the only salon I trust to look after and style my hair.
They are amazing, friendly, accepting and respectful, I always enjoy my time there and feel welcomed and accepted I would recommend them to anyone.

As usual my salon experience was excellent. Chloe is an outstanding stylist and a lovely person. I am never disappointed.

Absolutely brilliant, I am listened to, I am so pleased with way Mt hair is washed cut and styled A big bonus is being able to have my nails done. Customer care is second to none and everyone goes the extra mile.

Back to this lovely salon again for another pampering session. Tracy and her staff were wonderful as always - kind - attentive - professional. The salon is and always has been exceptional in their cleanliness with all the covid secure precautions being taken. A very safe place to go ?

I've been having my hair cut by Tracy for about 6 years now and she always makes me look beautiful!
The wash and head massage from Alex was wonderful

Cannot thank Tracy enough for all the effort that she put in to sorting my Daughter’s hair. I’m also told that Alex was a great help too and I need to give her a mention. Tracy has sorted my lockdown hair today and I’ve booked my youngest daughter in for the end of the month. Having spent most of the last of 14 months shielding, I’m very careful of where I go, but Poppys have put many measures in place to make it as safe as possible.

After a hard days work I nearly nodded off. It always feels so much better when someone else washes your hair but then to massage your scalp too....wow! Thank Alex! Katie was spot on with her colour advice as usually and made me feel at ease as she set to work. A few inches and shades lighter I left feeling all done up with nowhere to go other than home. Katie always does a fab job of getting me the lightest colour blonde without bleach all amazing products we he styling is fantastic. Alex also does the best head massage I’ve ever had! Kate does my curls nice and tight to finish so they last for days!!

I had such a wonderful appointment tonight with Chloe. Everything was Covid friendly and I felt so safe and comfortable being in the salon. An amazing cut as always from Chloe, I feel like a new woman!

The girls at the salon are truly amazing ! They make you feel welcome and at ease. As a person who is very plus size I’ve put off going to a salon for years but I needn’t have worried . I am made to feel very comfortable the girls listen to your what you would like to do to your hair and make it happen to a very high standard ! Highly recommend to all !
