Lovin my new style. After having the same long style for many years, I felt like a change. Showed Katie a shorter style I would like. Katie did exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend Katie at Poppy's.

Chloe as usual has listened to me and cut my hair well, not too much off but trimmed enough to get back in shape.
Also introduced me to some products which may help, as my hair has no body at all since having COVID last month.
Salon clean and tidy, I always feel safe going there.

It's the first time I've been to the hartlepool salon and I loved it, the atmosphere was relaxing and Chloe cut my hair so nicely.

As always I had an excellent experience with Chloe. She is always pleasant and friendly and so attentive. She all lol ways cuts my hair just how I want it and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She is a credit to the salon. The young lady who washed my hair was also lovely and did an excellent job. Many thanks x

After a bad hair cut I visited poppys on a friend's recommendation. After my initial consultation felt in safe hands for my first appointment. Came away feeling very happy with new colour and cut. Fantastic service from Katie all the other staff so friendly knew I'd made the right decision to move to a new salon. Thanks so much Katie I absolutely love my colour and look forward to my next visit to this lovely salon xx

My hair was lifeless and in a terrible condition. It now looks and feels amazing. I also purchased the shampoo and other products she used as it felt so fantastic. Lovely environment too with very welcoming friendly staff. I WILL be going back and highly recommend this salon.

This was a follow up appointment for me, having a style trimmed that was cut I previously- such a good hair cut here, real quality - the thinning product I have been using for thinning hair - post having a baby is just fantastic. I’m a very happy customer!

What an advert for fabulous colour Tracy's hair is... almost makes my postbox red look tame but I'm still very pleased with the colour, cut and styling as usual.

Professional and friendly salon

Excellent, I was really busy and came straight from work. I don’t have time to come and get my hair done as much as I would like because I am always busy on weekends and at work all week so being able to get in at 5pm on a weekday was great. It was really good to be able to come in at 5 and leave by 7:20 and have a full head of highlights and finished to a great standard as always. Will be back again soon
