I went in today feeling totally fed up with my hair ! As usual Anna knew exactly what to do and with her expertise and Chloe supporting my hair was transformed! I feel soooo much better!!

This is the best salon by some distance, not just in Hartlepool but in the far wider area.
Friendly, spotless, utterly professional and a wonderful experience from start to finish.

Arrived in shop. Amy washed my hair. Then chloe chatted and asked how i wanted my hair styling. We chatted about it and she cut my hair exactly as i wanted it. Very professional. Loved it.

I was informed by Anna that my hair was too dark to go to a light auburn, other hair dresses refused to even try it for me......well she did it and what a transformation!. The woman's a genius and it looks unreal. Highly recommend this place its super clean, and comfortable and all the girls are friendly.

Anna has done my hair for many years and I often just say do what you want. She knows how I like my hair and I’m never ever disappointed. I have the utmost confidence in her and her salon. Lovely haircut and dye from Amy today, really accommodating - especially after booking dramas too! She always knows exactly what I want, and brings it to life.

From consultation with Anna, to the skin test with Chloe, to the hair wash with Amy (apprentice), to the colour & cut with Amy (Stylist) to the blow dry with Ellie & then Amy the whole service was faultless. I am so happy to have found such a beautiful salon, local to me with the very best, friendly, skilled & knowledgeable hair stylists/colourists. I love the result.

Amy really listened to me aswell as advised what would be best for maintaining my hair colour, have been trying for a couple of years to correct my colour and get it right where other salons have failed Amy got it right in one go and made me feel so much better about myself

Having been recommended Chris by a work colleague (following a disastrous botch experience from my now former long-term high ranking salon) I was a little anxious to say the least, but I needn’t have been. I received personal, attentive treatment from stepping through the salon doors to leaving and everything in between. Chris gave a fabulous cut & whilst m hair is still work in progress (growing out the dodgy layers cut by my last salon), already it looks and feels 100% better. The Bob is back, almost. Thank you Chris, Anna & team for making me feel so welcome & helping me get back to being me again!

What a difference a good colour and cut makes your feel after I had tried colouring it myself and made a mess, Anna listened to what I wanted to achieve and got the colour great and cut is great well defo be going back there from now on no more box colours I promise ?

Always a great experience getting my haircut by Chris, like having a coffee and a catch up with a mate!
