Sophie listened to what I wanted and double checked I was happy as she progressed with the colour and cut. Everything turned out great and I was super pleased with the outcome.

Literally feel like home from home when I come into the salon, the girls on reception are so welcoming and always know what I will choose for my hot drink, and served it straight away. Everyone are just so friendly and always go out their way to have a conversation, even if it’s just ‘hello you ok’. I never leave feeling half hearted about my appointments. Today I received a COMPLIMENTARY treatment for my birthday and my hair feels so clean ? (Thankyou Ellie for my scalp massage treatment) and a big Thankyou to Eleanor for always just knowing how I want my hair and being bloody fabulous at it! Jo you have an amazing atmosphere salon, and a fab bunch working for you, your products are second to none and you always go above and beyond.
Thankyou for making me feel like family from day one, I’ve found my happy place.

This was my second visit at Reef Salon, again it did not disappoint! Eleanor takes the time to know exactly what I want. Slight colour change or more off my length. The salon is so welcoming, offered more than once a drink from their drinks menu, which is a nice touch. All the staff are lovely and friendly! In other hair salon's sometimes things can feel rushed but here it's seems time is given adequately to every client. Such a fab experience, I love my hair thank you Eleanor! X

This is the first salon I have ever enjoyed going to. You can guarantee you will leave with a great hairstyle created by skilful staff. Matt is an amazing hairdresser. You feel as if you are important , not only in creating the hair you want, but also as a valued human being. They were very supportive to me when my husband died. Cannot rate them highly enough. As always excellent experience Eleanor makes you feel so comfortable. She is the only stylist I have had and and I am now 61 that straightens my very thick curly hair and it can stop like that for weeks if I let it her expertise shows

Reef have styled my hair for many years and I am always happy with the cut, colour and whole salon experience. All the stylists are very good. Today I saw Rachel and everything was excellent.

Hair looked great and stayed in tacked for the evening as well as the next day and probably a lot longer but took it out! Thank you

Fantastic as always so pleased with my hair and the way all the salon staff look after me.

I went into the salon with hair looking so unhealthy it was a tall ask for it to be saved. It was ruined due to being over processed and poorly dyed in the past. After talking for a while with Rachel then also Joanne, Rachel got to work. I left the salon with hair that actually looked healthy and completely natural.

At first glance I’d say I would have thought it expensive as I don’t usually pay so much for my hair but you clearly get what you pay for which is why I walked in with it an absolute mass and left with it looking really healthy again.

It’s like that story of the boat owner who couldn’t find anyone who could fix his boat until he found an old man who took a look and said ‘yes I can fix it for £10k’ the boat owner agreed as he wanted it fixed. The old man then took out his hammer and tapped on the engine twice…….it was fixed. The man said ‘I’m not paying you 10k to just tap on the engine twice’ the old man replied ‘you’re not, you’re paying me for the 50 years experience which means I know where to tap!!!’

I couldn’t be happier about my hair, if you’re looking for a recommendation you have one. Plus everyone is lovely and you are thoroughly pampered ?

Eleanor has been doing my hair for a few years now and she knows what I want better than I do! I love when I sit in the chair and we both get excited over what she’s going to do today. She’s transformed me from a platinum blonde to a copper queen and I always leave the salon feeling amazing!

Matt’s been doing my hair for a year now and with every visit he’s managed to exceed my expectations. Each time I visit I leave thinking ‘he can’t do better than this’ - but he always does!

What sets him apart from other hairdressers:

1. He listens to what you want and is an expert when it comes to hair. An artist if you like
2. He has razor sharp attention to detail and puts the same high level of care into every step of my service, from foils to finish. Matt is clearly very passionate about what he does and this seems to be the culture in the salon.
3. Matt does all of my hair from start to finish. You get exactly what you’ve paid for - him.

My hair has never looked so good or been in better condition so I couldn’t recommend this salon enough - particularly Matt. A must for anyone having trouble getting to an optimum, clean and healthy blonde.

The salon itself is lovely too - friendly staff, beautiful drinks ….. always leave feeling great ?
