I personally checked you in on arrival and it seems that you didn't have an appointment, as you didn't have confirmation. We rarely encounter booking issues, and we take pride in maintaining a one-to-one service.
I explained that there must have been some sort of mistake but not to worry that we would look after you.
We made every effort to accommodate, with one of our team members even staying late.
This appointment was not a double booking.
I tried calling you today to discuss this matter, but unfortunately, there was no answer. We value your feedback and would like the chance to address your concerns directly. You left the salon happy.
