Jessica is a credit to the salon, as she listens to the customer making them feel valued, she then offers professional advice, and styles my hair better than I expected. I would highly recommend her.

I’ve been using Saks for years. Melissa and Georgia are brilliant hairdressers. I had my hair done by Georgia today. She’s a lovely young woman and my hair always looks and feels great when she’s worked her magic. Amy is a superb beautician. She tinted and waxed my brows today and I’m very happy. All the staff are warm and welcoming. I always come out feeling great. Thank you.

Booked my appointment as Saks was highly recommended. The cut was not straight and not what i asked for. I rang the day after to explain my issue to be told i would have to pay again for another cut! Wont go back and had to have my hair corrected at another salon, who confirmed that the original cut was uneven.
