Kendal did my hair extensions never had them done before I.was absolutely over the moon with them she's amazing doing them she knew what she was doing and answered all my questions

Love a visit to the salon. The atmosphere is so lovely, always made to feel welcome. All the girls are so friendly, myself and my two children all have our hair done here. I visited tonight on my own to have my hair coloured by Natalie. She takes so much care into giving you the style and finish that you want. She always explains what she’s doing, I’ve gone from a very dark colour to blond (not in one sitting) and Natalie has achieved that while keeping my hair healthy. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Thank you so much!!

As is always the case, Justine was lovely and realised that I hadn’t long had my hair highlighted and didn’t need it doing again quite so soon! I’d got over eager and changed my appointment so it was done before my holiday. Very honest and always does my hair beautifully!

Myself and my two children have been coming to hair haus for around 2 years now (possibly longer!) There isn’t a hairdressers anywhere like hair haus. The warm welcome when you come in, the positivity of the team. The work these girls do is fantastic. There just isn’t a feeling like it, it’s a hairdressers that feels like home- and they generally care about what they do! 20 years since it opened....here’s to another 20 girls!!!

I’ve been using hair Haus for years, this is the second time I’ve visited during the pandemic and can say I’m not disappointed! Wanted something bright and funky, they have certainly hit the nail on the head. I felt safe and secure. The shop is clean and fresh and all the lovely ladies that work make you feel a million dollars. Special thank you to Natalie I love my hair and her dedication to perfection is next to non! Xx

I have been coming here for many years and have never had a bad experience. I am always made to feel welcome and genuinely feel fab and as if I’ve been pampered when I leave. All the staff are great and always speak to me even though my appointment isn’t with them. I wouldn’t go anywhere else which is why I still travel here since moving to Darlington ????

I have been visiting Hair Haus salon for over a year now and would not go anywhere else..The staff, as busy as they are, always have time to smile and say hello, and Natalie is a brilliant hairdresser who always gives me advice about the style and cut into need. First time of trying balayage colour by Kendra today, absolutely love it!!

Arrived to my consultation- Greeted with smiles, Made to feel very welcome, even made me little boy feel welcome with a biscuit and a friendly atmosphere. Can’t wait for my hair appointment next week!! :)

I had my hair cut by Katie and I am so so happy with it! I have quite difficult hair but Katie knows how to manage it and to give a cut which makes it easier for me to manage. My hair feels 100% better!

I was welcomed by the receptionist and was kindly made a cup of tea by an assistant. I had my hair booked in with bryonny who was friendly, professional and fantastic at her job. She knows knowledge of different products for the best result for your hair. Great value for money and I was happy and satisfied by the end result. Would recommend this salon to anyone.

Just had a cut, we’ll more of a trim really, everything was fine, enjoyed chatting with the stylist whose name escapes me. I would say I am very satisfied with all aspects of my visit today, which is normal for me. No complaints.

Booked a consultation today regarding my hair I always use to use hair haus with there previous owner coming to my house before he owned the salon I was greeted by a lovely girl Leanne on reception who immediately made me feel welcome and offered me refreshments after a short wait I was spoken to by Kendra who went through different options for my hair and helped me understand each colour before I chose. I am very happy with the outcome and have booked my app for next week which I can’t wait for thanks hair haus
