Always a cheerful person....i,m always confident i will have a good haircut with Darren...he has done my haircut for many years.

I have been getting my nails done of Jodie for over 3 years, she is excellent at what she does and always does them exactly how I would like

Lovely appointment with Lauren M today, first time I’ve had an appointment with her and she was super friendly! I can’t book long appointments or very far in advance due to my health, so it was a last minute quick appointment for a tidy up today and I love the result, my hair looks soo much healthier for it! Thank you! Xx

We have been getting my son's haircut with Darren for four or five years now, my son is Autistic and has struggled massively with haircuts in the past. Darren has always been amazing with him, giving him little breaks when he's needed them, making sure the hair that lands on him is blown off and just generally understanding his struggles, it's an absolute breath of fresh air that he takes the time and effort to do this as we have had a lot of negative experiences with barbers and salons in the past. Darren always does a brilliant job with his hair and is always a pleasure to talk to, we travel from Birtley to get his haircut as we know my son is settled with him and he does a brilliant job! Thank you for always understanding Darren it means the world to us ☺️.

We visited the salon today to get both my children's haircut, my little girl got her haircut with Hannah who was so patient and caring with her, my little girl is particularly shy and struggles talking to people but Hannah put her at ease and made a beautiful job with her hair, she even managed to squeeze in washing and drying and curling her hair which my little girl was absolutely over the moon with!

Darren is a superb barber! My son and I have been regulars for a few years now. We always get a first class cut and Darren is incredibly friendly too. First class service, every time.

Love my hair

I couldn’t believe the rescue mission that Lauren did after I’d left my hair to grow for over 7 weeks. Despite it being the end of the day she managed to restore my curls from a frizzy mop and make me feel years younger. Thank you!

Hannah listened to what I wanted and asked me all the way through the appt about the cut and colour and we tried a different toner and happy with the results. All the stylists listen and are interested in your hair health as well as the style and advise accordingly.

Great cut and I am 10 years younger after my haircut my the excellent and exceptional stylist - so say my two young children age 8 & 9 and my wife. The barber made me feel very relaxed, welcomed, at home and at ease throughout. Thoroughly enjoyed our wide ranging conversations across many topics of interest. Great customer service and attention to details. Thanks very much Lauren!

I've been using Darren for a few years and travel out of my way because the quality is consistently excellent. After trying many other local barbers to me, this is the only place where I'm always happy with my haircut. The distance is definitely worth it. If you want a great cut 100% recommend!
