Treatment that was given was a joke - supposed to use a heating warmer for the treatment and it was deliberately not switched on - was charged £45-00 for a Systems Professional Lamination service which was not a proper treatment - I could of done this myself much better.

Changed my style a few months ago. Great consultation with David, who listened and advised what was possible. He absolutely delivered and I go back every four weeks for a trim. I have never had so many compliments about my hairstyle. Delighted. The whole team are friendly and professional. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommend.

Good discussion before colour.
Good colour but would have preferred highlights perpendicular to the hair line ontop.
Rough with washing, brushing and drying. I had a sore scalp and neck after.
