Took a risk as I was on holiday from England. Honestly, this is one of the best cut and styles I’ve ever had! Pity I don’t live in Helensburgh; I would certainly go to Marc. I was also taken with the friendly staff and the general banter. Thanks for adding something to my holiday!

Isla did a brilliant job today. Even with fixing a little mistake. She was so easy to talk too and made me feel really relaxed. I’m happy with the service she provided today.

Excellent job and great surrounds

Absolutely shocking service. Hairdresser hardly took anything off the length of my hair and took the whole time styling which wasn’t a great job. Other hairdresser and junior staff were mocking me and laughing from the staff room door. They were very unprofessional and were too busy making dance videos than anything else. Kara hardly spoke a word to me too - not good for a hairdresser. I was made to feel undervalued and unseen. Not a friendly service at all. Will not recommend.

Great event and finish

It was lovely evening with staff bantering with each other and I was given a lovely coffee made by David. I was very honoured.

Not only a great cut, but above and beyond fitting in appointments to fit my needs

First meeting with Jenna who was very professional and competent.She was covering in Helensburgh , was very welcoming and settled me quickly. I was just on time having driven 40 mins so feeling hassled! Express pedicure beautifully done with care and attention to detail.A gentle but firm enough touch inspiring confidence and for someone who is ticklish it was perfect.Spoke with knowledge about her profession and obviously enjoys what she is doing.Very enjoyable experience.

First real wash after my colour and it is looking soft and gentle with a nice blend of colour

As usual, Michelle worked her wonders on my hair! Lovely cut, slightly different from before but great advice given and I love the results!
