Went for my appointment way lisa my hair was was badly damaged way bleach and snap off ...Lisa was amazing way me thought I had to go dark but she made me blond again and was talking way me trow my whole experience at salon ...still got work to do to get my hair back to good condition but I'm positive it will ..would highly recommend salon really friendly

Pamela was warm and welcoming. She made me feel at ease. I suffer with Alopecia and had only recently had a lot of regrowth. My confidence was at an all-time low. She listened to what I wanted and the results where fantastic. Very pleased. I've booked in again gor 6 weeks time to get colour too.

I booked an appointment with the salon for a consultation on colour for my wedding day. All went well and colours agreed. Appointment booked to have colour done, 2 days before my wedding. The whole experience was awful!! Although I have naturally dark hair, bleaching should not have been as big an issue. I have had always had it bleached blonde. The colour overall was left yellow, even after being toned. Some of it ended up overtoned, and very silvery looking. The stylist then blow dried my hair. When I asked for curls through the top of my short hair, the stylist done so and then brushed it out to leave me looking like an old woman in her 80s. Didn't even have the courtesy to offer me at least a glass of water in the whole 4 hours I was there. The staff all knew I was holding back the tears when I was leaving. Worst salon experience ever.

So decided to do a DIY haircut, needless to say it didn’t work out too well lol managed to get an appointment with Pamela first thing who talked me through the best option for my hair type and length, o felt so comfortable that I trusted in her advice and the finished result was lovely and the best cut I have had in at least 10 years…..thank you Pamela ?

Pamela was amazing, I showed her my inspiration pictures and left with the perfect result. I am normally quite nervous going to a new salon but Pamela was lovely!

Probably the best experience I have ever had at a hair salon. Lisa was superb. I’ve been box dyeing my hair dark brown since covid and this was my first time back into a salon to get my colour done professionally. I wanted to lighten up my brown and get a full balayage done. Having been getting colour in my hair for many years, I really was not expecting to get the results Lisa achieved for me yesterday after just one trip to the salon. I really thought it would take a few gos to get it to somewhat where I would like it to be. But she completely transformed my hair and was so meticulous about the application to achieve the most natural, evenly blended balayage I’ve ever had. 10/10 would recommend Lisa’s services to anyone. She’s brilliant and really knows her stuff for both colour and cutting. I have found my new favourite hairdresser! Thanks so much Lisa!

Fringe trim was great, really happy with it. Disappointed that they wouldn't trim uneven bits for me at back of my hair, girl said they are not allowed and I would need to have a shampoo and cut to get this done., so then had to go to elsewhere to get this fixed. Not good having to go to 2 different salons to get what I needed done.

This was my first visit to your salon . Staff were very welcoming and did not criticise my own self attempts at trimming my hair . Asked my opinion throughout my consultation

Best salon, such lovely hairstylists, the girls are all so nice and very attentive, very relaxing atmosphere as a salon should be, I love how I can give free reign to lisa about colours and treatments and I've never been disappointed each visit is better than the last if that's possible. They all make you feel so welcome, comfortable and relaxed. Highly recommend.

I don’t make her job easy, nor am I ever want to give her a big ‘heid’ but she often has to fight with my difficult head of hair which is attached to a someone that doesn’t enjoy the salon experience at the best of times. Anyway she constantly looks to improve her craft and she has improved my hair condition and the colour mix has finally is nailed. She definitely deserves a medal for her efforts.

Really disappointed with the haircut I received one side of my hair is cut about 3 inches shorter than the other side. Everyone is asking what has happened to my hair and where did I get it cut. So they dont go. It's that bad. Never have I had such a bad experience as this. Wont be going back. Been going for years here and all the girls have been great. But this is bad. Took ages to grow back after having long covid and she has ruined it in one haircut.

I had a box dye disaster and went in the week previous, with canary yellow hair! Mary calmed me down and gave me some advice and completed a skin patch, then booked me in for the following Saturday with Lisa. Today Lisa spent a few hours on my hair and worked magic! She explained everything she was doing and was lovely and I actually love my new hair colour and have booked back in for root touch up and cut in 6 weeks. Thank you ladies !
