Due to honesty of stylists' assessment and professionalism came out with a positive hair style that was still manageable and alterative. It was not about getting as much money from me but tha awareness of my own hair health. A very good service.

Very happy with cut and stylist who listened

I've not visited a hairdressers in a long time, to be honest I usually hate it but i had a great time today. Billie-Jo listened to exactly what I wanted whilst also taking into account what I would be able to actually manage to maintain and look after given my disability, she gave me great advice about going short but not too short so that i do have the option of throwing my hair up if i need to. She was really friendly and just the right amount of chatty if you know what i mean. It was a bit spur of the moment to pop in today, its been on my to do list for a while to get my hair done, but I will definitely be back, actually I've already booked my next appointment. I'm really happy with the finished cut.

Always a very good experience when i go to regis hair salon,Margaret always does my hair and she is absolutely amazing,she knows exactly how i like it cut as i am very picky and fussy when it comes to my hair,she always makes me feel welcome and have great conversation with her,would highly recommend,thank you Margaret i love my hair.

The stylist was very much nice to tell her opinion on what’s better for my style to suit my appearance and it was fantastic (also got a lot of compliments for my hair when i went to work later that day) it was a very nice experience and it’ll be my to-go-to salon from now on

As always, I received a friendly welcome and left with a fantastic well cut hairstyle that has received a lot of compliments what more can you you ask for from your stylist!!!

Christina made me feel welcome and listened to what I wanted to do with my hair.
My hair now looks better after my haircut and the soft highlights have brightened it up.

I love getting my hair done my Christina. From day one she listened to my concerns. Helped create a plan to recondition my hair and head towards the colour I wanted. Every time I leave I feel a million dollars and love how healthy my hair looks. Good laugh too :-)

Great as usual.

Visited for the 3rd time to have half head of highlights and lowlights ,Was told my hair would be colour matched to previous visit to salon 4 months prior. which was not the end result.
I made it clear about tones of blonde I didn’t prefer however was not shown what colours were being used in my hair at all. My hair feels like wire ,barely any hair has been cut and is still full of split ends. My hair was wet underneath whilst I paid £140 it was flat and limp ,I have had to wash it 4 times in one week since visiting to try revive and try different products to put some life back into it.only positive was it was most definetly a half head of the wrong colour that I got in comparison to when I visited at Christmas ,I was charged for a half head but had no where near the same amount of foils in my hair ,not to mention the patches my hair that was missed.
However tried again for yet again more wasted money

As always,Maxine dies a great job,offers her opinion on how to style when home and always makes me smile after I've had a new style! Loved my new shorter look today! Fab hairdresser!

After arriving for an appointment I had booked that wasn't in the system the hairdressers kindly took me. On getting home I noticed how uneven my hair is an actual so upset after consultanting a family member who is a hairdresser said only way I would be able to fix it would be to cut it even shorter which I really don't want to do or can I afford. Can't even tie it up to hide it as it's not long enough. So I am now stuck with a bad hair cut for a few months until I can get it fixed.

Dawn made a lovely job of blow drying my hair for a charity lunch on Sunday , in fact it was still wavy & lovely on Tuesday . Thank you .
