I booked this as a treat during a trip to Glasgow and I was really impressed by the quality of the treatments, the level of service and the professionalism of the whole experience. I left feeling pampered, relaxed and my skin felt amazing! Lovely staff, thoroughly recommended.

Brilliant, friendly and professional service.

Enveloped cosily in heated blankets so comfortable. The reflexology was divine couldn't recommend it more. Slept so well afterwards as I felt so relaxed.

As ever Ailie's massage fie phenomenal. So relaxed and now pain free.

I love getting massages and this was one of my best. I am 36weeks pregnant and it was so endulging and comfortable all the way through. Lovely staff at each stage of my visit, I am planning to have one weekly until the baby arrives :-)

I can wholeheartedly recommend the hot stone massage at The Haven on the Loch. So relaxing - Ailie worked wonders on the tension in my neck and shoulders. My go to venue for a bit of much needed pampering.

This was my 3rd massage by Ailie. Had a very painful shoulder so kept it to a back and shoulder massage. Pain now gone and mobility improving all the time. Continuing a maintenance massage every 3 weeks as I have benefited so much. Definitely recommend it to anyone. Certainly beats physio!!

I loved my massage, a great way to spend a half hour, managed to relax into it very quickly as the staff put you at ease and very friendly like I had known them for years.

After a hectic week of work, I booked a last minute appointment for eyebrow shaping.. On way to appointment wondered if there was a remote chance of a massage, what with it being Saturday.. On arrival I asked and to my absolute delight was informed of a cancellation just before I arrived.. As always the eyebrow shaping was great and the massage.... Well, the massage was immense, I felt amazing after it.. All the staff at The Haven are brilliant, can't praise them enough.. Must make more time for myself..

I received a voucher for my birthday from my friends at work. I chose the wellness massage.Great choice - it was an hour of bliss. Lauren was my therapist and she was very friendly and put me at ease. The salon itself was welcoming and I'll certainly be back!

This is a great wee spa and is gentlemen friendly and not too girly intimidating for men. Women might not get what I mean but I bet a lot of guys would ! I have been using Haven for over a year now as part of my overall fitness and wellbeing. Sometimes it seems hard for men to find a place that feels comfortable with and for men but when I found Haven I've never looked back. I've only ever had massage so can't comment about other beauty services. I look forward to going each time
and the staff know exactly what pressure I like etc. They also are very good at spotting things like areas of soreness and today my therapist commented after that my arms were very tight. I had been using heavy power tools earlier in the week and thats a good example. I find it good value too and pay for a course of five and get one free which helps. Could not recommend enough and always feel wonderful afterwards. Its a treat yes but am I worth it ? ..... Yes and so are Haven !

Just been to the Haven for a dermatological facial. Takes about an hour but wish it was longer. Very very relaxing. Lots of pampering on your face and neck. Feel like a new person. Lovely girl Lauren.

I had been suffering from a headache for a few days, this massage was amazing, relaxing and made a huge difference on how I was feeling, headache was gone that night. Relaxing music, smells, atmosphere... Totally recommend !!

I always love my visits to the haven, today i got my waxing done with deborah. It was my 1st time using the new wax..it was amazing. So much quicker as the wax goes on in bigger sections. My legs are lookin great.

I have to admit I arrived at The Haven stressed out, inpatient and sceptical, having reluctantly agreed to go for an aromatherapy massage at the insistence of my husband. I was expecting a just-another-beauty-salon type of experience. I couldn't have been more wrong. My therapist Ailie was kind and patient as she asked me what I'd like to get out of my experience. She listened intently as I began to explain how stressed I currently was and she suggested a specific blend of oils to help lift my mood. I was taken aback when ailie asked about any existing medical issues I had as she expertly began to explain to me the types of oils she could and couldn't use based on what I'd told her. I clearly (wrongly!) misjudged the level of skill and training these men and women need to be able to do their jobs so efficiently. For the remainder of my treatment, ailie made me feel truly pampered and for that hour or so I really did feel a lot of my stresses and tensions ebb away as I enjoyed that much

Got a massage by Lauren today. She was so polite, professional and informative about the service. Her massage was outstanding, best massage I've ever had. She was a credit to the salon. The room was perfect temperature and Lauren made sure to ask how comfy I was throughout and put me at ease straight away. The reception area and rooms are spotless and gorgeously decorated. And the staff are so accomodating with appointment too. Couldn't ask for more, highly recommend.

I don't normally write reviews but I enjoyed my massage so much that I felt compelled to share my experience. I booked an aromatherapy message, which I've had many times before at different salons. The spa itself has a lovely and relaxing vibe to it so straight away you feel at ease and far away from the stresses of normal life. My therapist was very welcoming and let me choose which essential oils would be used on me throughout my treatment. The therapist who did my treatment was fantastic, she used just the right amount of pressure to get rid of knots but it was also very relaxing. I could feel myself doze off. I'd highly recommend this spa to anyone who wanted to unwind for the day and pamper themselves. It's fantastic value for money. I'll definitely be back.

I have found this salon to be of the highest standard every time I have visited. The girls are very professional and so welcoming. They really make you feel at ease and take the time to get to know their customers. They are very knowledgable about the products and the massages and facials I have had always leave me feeling very relaxed. The salon is a bit of a drive for me, but it's definitely worth it and I would highly recommend travelling a bit further for the level of service you get here. It really is the best.

I just love this place and can't recommend it enough. The girls are great, friendly, proffesional and really know there stuff. The salon is spotless,it smells great and the decoration makes for a calm and relaxing experience. I highly recommend the Moroccan Muscle Melt Massage (I floated out of the salon) and the Dermalogica Age Smart facial. I can't wait for my next visit. Thank you ladies

I found The Haven over 10 years ago now and since we have friends that live near Balloch I book myself in for some of their amazing pamper sessions whenever I can. I am a real fan of their facials and body massage treatments. The owner invests heavily in training her staff and you can really tell - they have given me some excellent skincare treatment advice over the years that really works! Only problem I have is that The Haven doesn't have any salons in Berkshire!
