Hair
Awful results from a Brazilian blow dry which was very rushed (done in less than 1 hr). Was advised to leave in and wash out the next day, as soon as washed it didn't look like anything had been done. Much more expensive than other salons for this service and the worst result. I have been having had this treatment for many years and always get amazing results that last 3 month, this didnt even last a day!
Emailed the following day to advise of the poor results email has just been ignored
Really lovely stylist, great with my daughter.
Very attentive, made sure she understood exactly what I wanted did a fantastic job and loved my new colours, hannah suggestions

Love Hannah, this is my 3rd apt with her she is so kind and calm.
Hannah sussed out my unruly hair so it’s now under control.
I love that she gives her honest opinion when I have crazy ideas about my hair rather than just agreeing to do it.
Also loved the fact I watched her support a Saturday girl this morning and when I suggested the Saturday girl has a go at blow drying my hair, Hannah was supportive and helped show her some techniques. I was the 1st customer she had a go at drying a customers hair but under Hannah’s watchful eye and gentle guidance I’m really pleased how my hair looks.
I also love that the music in the salon isn’t loud or ‘harsh’ like some salons I’ve been too - it’s more relaxing and quiet.

Emma has been my hairdresser for a few years now and Emma knows my hair well. The front of my hair started receding approx 6 years ago and Emma has always styled my hair so this is not noticeable.
On my last appointment Emma gave me some exciting news. Emma has recently completed training in Nioxin and through her magic camera, showed me that I only have a few dormant hair follicles and with the right treatment my hair could be helped.
I have started to use my Nioxin products religiously and am looking forward to returning next month to see the results.

First time coming to the Salon, my daughter had chopped her own hair prior, Georgina did a brilliant job evening it out and shaping it for her, looks really stunning so will definitely come back!
