I was book it to have highlights on my natural medium brown hair ( special occasion/husbands birthday I told the girl ). On the day been told they won’t be able achieve colour I had many times, and it was one of most expensive stylist!!! Very disappointed my day has been ruined!! Alternatively offered to do hair regrown and cut, which I did not required!! Went to difffernt salon, all highlights been done perfectly fine, and spent a lot more money.
