Joanne Hairdressing Poole

Came in for half head of highlights this morning and can't fault the service jess was brilliant and did a fantastic job on my hair and has a brilliant personality, her colleague (sorry didn't catch your name) was really good aswell and very friendly we had a laugh and a giggle whilst a highstandard was maintained. Highly recommend the while team here

After years of walking past the salon on the way into the Coop I have finally ventured in as a client. Jess has made a lovely job of my slightly abandoned hair and I will now become a regular visitor. Thank you ?

Always love going to Joanne's to get my hair done. You're always made to feel welcome by people on reception and by the stylists. Marcia knows exactly what I want, and I leave feeling like I've been pampered. Relaxing atmosphere and a lovely experience.

First visit to the salon. Covid safe

Really impressed with my haircut from Kayleigh will be booking her for my highlights when they are due next

A welcoming greeting and friendly service always helpful and I walk out feeling great I love the hair massage once the conditioner is on and the finish looking nice and tidied up

First visit and Mark was my stylist, he was professional, attentive and did a superb job and I will definitely be a regular client.

Marcia is a fabulous stylist, she has a wealth of knowledge and really listens to the wants and wishes of her clients. I’ve never been more satisfied with a hairdresser or my hair. I leave the salon feeling amazing every time. Marcia is always accommodating in regards to appointments, and will endeavour to fit you into her busy schedule if she can.

Marcia leads a friendly team that are always ready to welcome you. Prices at the salon are extremely competitive and affordable.
The salon is alway clean & tidy. It was reassuring to see all of the team continuing to follow government guidelines. I was very happy that masks are still a requirement when visiting the salon.

Thank you to Marcia and the team.

Have been going to Marcia for many years and as always had fantastic service. I trust her completely with both the colour and the cutting of my hair, she always gives good advice and good ideas! Everytime I leave my hair looks fantastic!

Lovely saloon. Mark made you feel welcome immediately. Had a complete new re style and Mark did an amazing job. Left feeling special.

Today Friday 20th August my stylist

She is certainly the best hairdresser I have ever used!
Thanks Emma for being amazing!

Am always very pleased with my service at Joanne and the way my hair is cut and coloured by Alison whom I think is a very good stylist and has done my hair for a number of years. Have been going to Joanne for 25 years.

Amazing care of Mum as she has been in and out of hospital over these past few months. Above and beyond as always . Thank you

Excellent treatment today as always

Very happy with my hair .

Friendly comfortable atmosphere.... great stylist

Hairs cut much shorter than asked for, also asked for layers ended up having uneven length all over my head.Whilst blow drying got my head burned , temperature was wayyyyy to hot than it should be.Had my little boy first hair cut done as well.Poor boy ended up with uneven lengths on the sides front top not happy at all...I’m sorry but wouldn’t recommend it

Katherine is great. Listens to what you want and nothing is too much trouble. Her cutting skills are second to none. I have a Bob which isn't an easy style to cut but she gets it perfect every time.

I haven’t had my hair properly coloured or cut for nearly 10 yrs so I was a bit anxious about it, but I didn’t need to be. Emma put me at ease straight away. I love my new colour ??

Excellent service all round including the girls that made my tea & washed my hair. Katherine did exactly what I asked for & my hair looks great, thanks.

I was really pleased with my highlights & the service I received.

Came to Joannes after not being to a hairdresser for about a year and they done a fantastic job, they were friendly and I felt very comfortable will definitely be going back.

Emma always does a fantastic job with my hair! I wouldn't go anyone else.

Brilliant service and love the colour. Thanks Jess

As always, Marcia knows exactly how I like my hair and does an exceptional job of colouring my hair. I love being in the salon, all staff so friendly. Safe and very clean. Can’t recommend highly enough. There is no better stylist than Marcia!

First time at Joannes since moving down to Dorset & was completely impressed, the lovely Jess was so friendly professional and overall great. Would definitely recommend and will be using her again. Thank you ?

Always fantastic. Can't say anything wrong.

Great value for money and really friendly staff girls were pleased with their hair we will be returning :)

Love going to this Hairdressing Salon. Great staff and excellent hairdressing skills.

Lovely and friendly environment.
Great stylist and does a brilliant job on my highlights.

I have been having my hair cut and highlighted for many years now at Joanne's, always pleased from the moment I walk in and the meet and greet at Reception to then having my hair done. Often a different youngster who shampoo's my hair but always friendly and best of all, the head massage they add.
Of course, 10/10 for my hairdresser, Mark.

Jacqui did a wonderful job!! My hair is very thick and hard to manage and she coloured and cut it beautifully. Callum also assisted and was wonderful. They both make my haircuts an absolute pleasure and are so lovely to chat to. Thank you again ?

I love my short hair and have appointments every 5 weeks with Jaqui who seems to know exactly how I want my hair to look. Everyone in the salon is always welcoming and friendly. Today covid rules changed and clients did not have to wear masks, but were allowed to choose. All the staff were still wearing masks making me feel safer as I choose to wear a mask because I live with someone who is very vulnerable. Thank you to all the staff who continue to wear masks and keep all customers feeling safer as so many other places are relaxing the rules.

Jess explained exactly what she was doing with my hair in a confident and professional manner. Felt very comfortable and reassured as to the outcome. She listened to what I was after and delivered.

As usual Mark does a FAB job.

Sorry, I didn’t catch the stylist’s name but she did a great Bob haircut for my 9 year old daughter. My daughter’s review was ‘I loved it. She’s the best hairdresser in the world’. A very happy customer and a lovely haircut.

First time here. Came in feeling really meh about my hair. Staff are so friendly and so helpful. Best salon I've been to in a long time. Left feeling amazing. Definitely will be back.
