Joanne Hairdressing Poole

Very enjoyable experience. Very confident stylist who knew how to deal with my very thick hair

Speedy, efficient, friendly raising ends from neck, ears and spectacles.

Very happy with my new colour that Marcia advised me to have today thank you .

A well needed time to relax. Felt comfortable in Christine's hands.

Friendly and very good at job.

Slightly disappointed as first time to hairdressers in many years and was in there for my wet cut for 14 minutes including the wash and part dry. Asked for shape round the front but hardly put in and still got split ends left round the front

1st time at the salon and I will definitely be back. Great experience. Thanks so much xxx

Always happy with my cut from Marcia

As always a good experoence.

I looked forward to my long awaited hair appointment, finally finding the time to get to a salon. I had a great few hours with a lovely hairdresser, who did my hair beautifully and knew exactly what I was after. It was more than just a hair booking... For me I had some sit down relax time, adult conversation, nice surroundings with a cup of tea and and came away feeling and looking 100 times better than when I went in! Thank you!

Despite a rocky introduction to the salon today’s experience was excellent, thank you Calum I am really pleased with the cut and blow dry . I will return

I have entrusted Jess with my hair so she can do whatever she wants. When male colleagues notice and pay me compliments I’d say she is doing a fantastic job ?. Thank you Jess

My 2 daughters had their haircuts on 24th august at 12.30 (2 different stylists and can’t remember their names) both girls were treated so lovely and staff very welcoming!

Always does a good job and hair looks exactly like the pictures I show him

Had my first hair consultation with Chrissie she’s so kind sweet, confident and know what she’s doing. I had my hair done with her today blonde highlights and wow she didn’t disappoint. The level of detail and care was extraordinary and she was an amazing listener. Her hair skills are amazing and I will definitely be using her in the future. Highly recommend her!!

As ever, Carmen has given me a really sharp, purposeful haircut, bringing some form back to my head. Great chat, fantastic service. Thank you!

Very efficient and professional. Highly recommend.

All 3 of us had fantastic cuts today, thankyou. One daughter had done a bit of "diy" which Anita fixed and she now loves it. 3 happy customers. Thankyou ?

Very pleased with result. Very friendly. Good service.

Anita was very friendly and she cuts my hair amazingly

me and my son always book in with Mark hes An amazing stylist and really friendly

He listened to me and gave me the style I wanted. My husband said he liked my hair in a slightly different style and I then told him I had gone some where different

I’ve been to Joanne’s three times now and I will definitely keep returning. I had my balayage refreshed after coming for the first time in December and I love it! I feel so pretty and confident. My hair looks and feels beautiful too. Callum has done my hair each time and is always so helpful and professional each time, happily answers any questions I have and helps me choose the colour and style. Highly recommend!

Very friendly salon. Emma is great

Anita was lovely throughout the service, very professional but made me feel very comfortable with lots of chit chat. Advising on what needed to be done and the best way forward to achieve my desired look. Great result and amazing service

Excellent and very professional

Thank you Callum for a great cut! Nice to get to know you. You are friendly and caring about your clients. Thank you.

Emma is, as always, a brilliant cutter and did am excellent job on my daughter's hair. We've recently started using Joanne's and the whole family are converts! Air conditioned, punctual, do t feel like I'm on a conveyor belt and does not over book.

Always a pleasure to have my haircut by Jackie, and the salon is always clean and tidy.

Thank you Emma for getting my hair back to the right colour and cut. Thank you for the lovely chair while washing my hair, it's a real treat. Look forward to seeing you in September.

Lovely experience this morning with Jess. Always love my catch ups with Jess. Lovely cut and blow dry. Jess gave some really great advice about how to build the shine back up in my hair and have bought some products as a result. Jess is so fab and I love coming in to see her.

I came into Jess after a bad bleach job done elsewhere- she immediately made me feel at ease and after a full head of highlights, a toner and a treatment to repair the damage caused by the bleach, my hair was the bright blonde I was after! Absolutely perfect experience and now I won’t go elsewhere!

Excellent service, very attentive and understanding. Good job!

I’ve been going to Joanne’s for a very long time I always feel comfortable and looked after very well that’s why I keep going there

Lovely service, friendly and always pleased with my hair

Had a cut and blow dry with Mark today. He is very friendly guy and excellent hairdresser!!! Definitely recommend.

Daniel had his hair cut by Anita. He useally has his hair done by Kayleigh. He was booked in with Kayleigh. But she was not in so Anita cut Daniel hair. Daniel is really pleased with his hair. And I think Anita did a lovely cut thankyou

Always a lovely experience and Emma takes great care and we are always delighted with the outcome

as always, I am happy with my hair, Emma always does a good job

Excellent service, Carmen listened to what I wanted and I received exactly that , very happy , will definitely return

Carmen listened to what I wanted and I am really happy with the cut and style , exactly what I asked for

Made to feel very welcome and a lovely result

Lovely hairdresser. Fab cut and finish with attention to detail on my wild curly thick hair!! My hair feels so light. Plus I didn't have to go home and restraighten my hair! I left with shiny lite hair. Love it

I'm SO happy with my hair. As a new client Callum took the time to talk me through everything, giving me advice about what would work best for my hair. Chrissie then did my cut and blow dry - she listened to exactly what I wanted and the cut is one of the best I've ever had. My hair feels so much nicer, and Callum did such a great job of my balayage, it's blended so well.

Marcia and her team fantastic as always.
Love love love this salon!! ❤❤❤

Hayley always does an excellent job on my hair.
