Joanne Hairdressing Poole

Very quick - was able to pop in without appointment . Good cut. Nice polite manner.

Been going here for several years. Always pleased with my hair. Staff are all lovely and make you feel at ease.

As usual this was a great haircut & a relaxing experience, thanks Katherine.

Excellent cut
Mark is very friendly and helpful.

Excellent service never fails to meet my expectation

Chrissie is the new Hollie who left before the pandemic! Amazing young talented hairdresser.

There is talent and there is Callum talent.
Callum introduced me to WELLA SHINEINFINTY. A most amazing product.
My hair is the best it has ever been and
SHINY. I would also like to pay tribute to
CHLOE, who assisted Callum, another
STAR STYLIST in the making.

Thank you so much Chrissie for making me feel wonderful after such a long time and about 20 years younger ❤️?....thank you to all the kind staff there x

Absolutely loved the haircut and the keratin treatment by Callum. He’s a great stylist.. Would highly recommend!

First class cut from Gemma today

Sharon was a really lovely lady who permed my hair exactly how I wanted it and explained everything, making sure I was happy - which I was. Will be definitely returning.

I so needed my hair cut after a long bout of illness. Callum did an excellent job even cutting my hair again after I said I really wanted it shorter.
Came away feeling good.

A good cut, as per usual. With a good atmosphere. Always a pleasure ☺️

Great cut just what I wanted

Very happy with the colour and cut received from Vicky. Nice to have the same person each time.

Nice salon friendly atmosphere. Christie cuts my hair just as I like it.

Been going to Joanne's for quite a few years now. Jacqui is my stylist and I love the result every time. Thank you.

I had a wonderful experience today at Joanne's.
Chrissie was my stylist and she really put me at ease. Friendly from the moment I stepped through the door and she really listened to what I was saying. Had quite a bit cut off and I am thrilled with the result. Beautiful blow-dry, hair feels and looks really sleek and healthy. Chrissie gave me advice about growing out my greys which is a huge step for me having been covering them for over 30 years!
I have booked in for a few week's time to have some lighter highlights to help with the transition. I have booked again with Chrissie as I have definitely found a hair stylist that I can trust. Thank you so much

Welcoming and friendly, very pleased with Sharon's cut, I will be returning.

Lovely! I was impressed that Sharon remembered so much of what I’d told her about myself when we first met.

Great service as always :)

It's a real pleasure.
Emma tells me what needs to be done .
Very informative.

Excellent cut. Katherine is an excellent stylist.

So good professionals happy talkative which is really good explained what was happening will be coming back

Enjoyed my time at salon. Staff friendly. Unfortunately, I thought total cost was rather expensive and considerably higher than the estimate given to me at initial consultation.

Just when I thought my hair could not look
better, it is now shinier than ever. Callum is a very talented stylist. VERY TALENTED

Very pleased with my hair appointment today with Sharon.

As always as pleasant visit to the salon! The team always welcoming & friendly.

Joanne, is an excellent stylist her tips to help me look after my hair are invaluable. I have the hair of my dreams, thank you ??

Very pleased with the result. Many thanks. Mary

Straight, cut and blow-dry, you'd think but Anita does take it too another level.

It’s always a pleasure to have my hair done by Katherine. I was also given a treatment & lovely scalp massage by Chloe.
Thanks to you both.

Lovely personality great hair cut will be back

I have been visiting Joanne's for a few years now and have never had a bad experience. Now with Jacqui who is such a warm and friendly person. Thank you again fir my lovely plum colour

I decided I wanted a change from blonde highlights to go back a rich warm brown colour. As always, Emma did an amazing job, I'm so pleased with it and the fabulous cut, my hair feels in a much better condition as well. So very lucky and appreciative to have Emma as my hairdresser.

Katherine took her time to give me a really good cut, excellent shape and overall a really pleasant experience.
Thank you!

Once again fantastic service. Marcia took her time with cutting and fixing someone else's horrible work. Beautiful color. Thank you for making me feel confident again

I am a nervous customer due to a bad experience many years ago, but the last two visits I have had to Joanne’s, both Emma and Carmen have been fantastic with me. Carmen has also cut my 14 year old Granddaughters hair and she says she is great. I am slowly getting better at visiting the salon, but this would not have been possible without the care and support from the lovely staff there, so a big thank you to all of them for making this nervous customer slowly starting to build confidence again.

Anita has been cutting my hair for a number of years. She moved to Canford Heath from the Verwood salon and although I live in Verwood it is so worth the travel time to continue to see her. There are people who are good at cutting hair and then there is Anita. She just has such a flair and cuts and styles my hair so well. You will never be disappointedj

Just moved to the area and this was my 1st visit ,was very pleased with the service.

Had colour, cut and blow dry from Vicky. Very pleased with hair. Have also had Anita and she is brilliant too. Very happy with the Salon and staff.
