Mark,is very experienced and listens to what you want. He did a great job! My hair was thin dry and wispy. He cut it into a blunt Bob which looks thicker and healthier, love it!!

My first visit to Joanne's a couple weeks ago. Very friendly staff and a nice spacious salon. Really happy with my haircut and the condition of my hair after. Keighley was lovely and I will definitely be returning for my next trim.

Really pleased exactly as I wanted, Katherine only had a brief glimpse of a photo,best I have seen it for a few years.

Absolutely loved my Brazilian blow dry with Katherine today. Highly recommend. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. My hair is naturally frizzy but it’s smoothed it amazingly well. Looking forward to less drying and styling time.

I booked an appointment for my 7 year old today and the hairdresser gave my daughter an amazing salon experience and a lovely haircut.

It is always a treat to go to Joannes as it is a very friendly salon. Marcia is extremely professional and I am never disappointed with my cut and colour. I now live a long way from the salon but would never consider going anywhere else

I was so pleased with my hair. My roots were horrendous and the blond colour I was going for would be difficult. No other mainstream hair dressers have my hair colour right. I went on the reviews so I thought I would give the small business ago. She spent a long time on my hair making my hair colour the way I wanted and she did not disappoint. I would definitely recommend! I’m tempted to come back from London to get it done again.

I am always pleased with the way jacqui cuts my hair, I get lots of compliments on the way it's cut, I'm always asked what I would like before the scissors touch my hair.

First visit and Mark was my stylist, he was professional, attentive and did a superb job and I will definitely be a regular client.

Marcia is a fabulous stylist, she has a wealth of knowledge and really listens to the wants and wishes of her clients. I’ve never been more satisfied with a hairdresser or my hair. I leave the salon feeling amazing every time. Marcia is always accommodating in regards to appointments, and will endeavour to fit you into her busy schedule if she can.

Marcia leads a friendly team that are always ready to welcome you. Prices at the salon are extremely competitive and affordable.
The salon is alway clean & tidy. It was reassuring to see all of the team continuing to follow government guidelines. I was very happy that masks are still a requirement when visiting the salon.

Am always very pleased with my service at Joanne and the way my hair is cut and coloured by Alison whom I think is a very good stylist and has done my hair for a number of years. Have been going to Joanne for 25 years.

Hairs cut much shorter than asked for, also asked for layers ended up having uneven length all over my head.Whilst blow drying got my head burned , temperature was wayyyyy to hot than it should be.Had my little boy first hair cut done as well.Poor boy ended up with uneven lengths on the sides front top not happy at all...I’m sorry but wouldn’t recommend it

Katherine is great. Listens to what you want and nothing is too much trouble. Her cutting skills are second to none. I have a Bob which isn't an easy style to cut but she gets it perfect every time.
