I have been following Katie’s hairdressing journey since she started training. I know throughout my years of different hairstyle, colours and lengths I have always been able to trust her in guiding me in my hairs journey and she has always been so kind in supporting me during my bought of alopecia.
The products that the salon provide I am not sensitive too and they also leave your hair feelings and smelling Devine.
I value every appointment I have with Katie and would highly recommend her and the salon to all around.

My stylist Jemma and the apprentice both looked after me extremely well. I had a lovely shampoo with well thought out products and an excellent cut and restyle.

Lily was very welcoming and professional. I was given a consultation before my hair was washed, which I found very reassuring. Very pleased with my hair cut. I will definitely return.

Beth always does such a lovely job colouring and cutting my crazy curly hair. She is really friendly and completely puts you at ease with great advice. I thoroughly enjoy my time there and love the result.

Evie has ASD & ADHD and every single day we fight to even brush her hair. And the last time mummy cut her hair we had tears and she hates seeing it get shorter.
I booked Evie in with Hannah as Hannah is the only person I trust with my own hair - I too hate losing a few inches!
We choose a Monday as we knew only Hannah would be in and it would be a peaceful calm environment for Evie to be in. Evie was extremely nervous on the drive down however Hannah as always was welcoming and friendly. Evie loved the whole salon experience.
From lying down having her hair washed to have beautiful curls at the end. Since leaving the salon we've had to visit her dad, my current partner ,nanny & aunties to show of her new look as she LOVES it!! Thank you Hannah you were amazing , kind, caring and most important understanding to Evie and her needs.
Thank you again - she already wants me to book her next appointment which I wasn't expecting her to say before today's appointment.

Every time I come to the salon, I thoroughly enjoy the experience. All the staff are friendly and welcoming, and Roddy is a truest creative craftsman. I always feel safe I. His hands, and he never disappoints, he seems to know what I want even before I do! ?

It was a great experience for me and even though my original idea for my hair was not a good idea we discussed what I wanted and were able to come up with a brilliant and really stylish hair cut.

First time getting gel nails at The Little Sanctuary with Sophie and have to say these are the best gel nails I’ve had. I received a great manicure properly sorting out my cuticles and a great shape. Most salons skip this part! The colour is beautiful and the experience was fantastic, I have booked several more appointments. Would absolutely recommend.

Always met with a smile and Jem gets it 100% everytime what you want. The colour and cut looks amazing and you feel like you’ve been to the spa the experience is always relaxing and you are well looked after.

I had the pleasure of a manicure and pedicure with Sophie today!! She is so talented and just the loveliest person! I came away feeling so relaxed and with amazing nails! 5* treatment 5* salon!!

Michelle was very friendly and helpful. She knew exactly how to cut my fine hair to give it more body. Will definitely book again .

Lily was incredibly knowledgeable and really helpful. My daughter needed some advice about how to care for her curly hair and Lily was amazing.

I have recently moved to Gillingham and wanted to book in to have my haircut somewhere. I definitely picked a great place! I don't set aside much time for myself to have pamper treats but I think I will be doing it more often now!

Katie is always her usual, lovely, gentle and kind self - she makes going to the hairdresser a pleasure, and I have always had a phobia of hairdressers after a few negative experiences. Nothing is too much trouble either and I am always happy with my cut and blow dry.

I have been a client with The Little Sanctuary since it first opened and every visit for a haircut has been a pleasure. Always a warm and friendly greeting and great ambience in the salon. Roddy cuts my hair in a professional and friendly manner and I am always very happy with the end result.

I only ever come away from the Little Sanctuary feeling super glam and delighted! The training and skill in the salon is extraordinary. I look forward to my visits - a major date in my self care calendar!
