Lovely experience with Lily. I hadn't had my hair cut in a salon for several years and needed some guidance on what would work best and lily was able to advise me on what would suit my lentgh and texture hair while factoring in my preference on styling. The salon was calm and clean and everyone I encountered was extremely helpful.

My nails were in desperate need of TLC and as always Sophie makes them look spectacular. Love Sophie and my nails.

Lilly was really kind and took the time fully understand what I wanted, she didn’t make me feel rushed and was incredibly thorough. Louis is awesome. Salon is beautiful. Definitely would be a regular if I lived locally. Loved the washing up area because you can lie down. Excellent all round.

I had Emma with the guidance of Roddy cutting my hair today, what a fabulous experience, I get anxious whenever I have my hair cut but both Emma & Roddy put me at ease with their great consultation and both of them looking after me.
The products they used in my hair make my hair feel and look so natural, they also smell amazing.
I highly recommend The Little Sanctury in Shaftesbury and will be a regular customer.

Went for a cut and finish with Claire, she listened to what I wanted done and did it exactly that! Extremely pleased with the result!

I have been growing out the short cut I had previously which was my idea and expertly done but just didn't feel like me. Emma cut it last night into a short and feminine bob which I am so happy with. Emma is absolutely lovely and listens to your requests and interprets the idea perfectly. She is also great to chat to while your hair is done. Altogether a happy customer and its a lovely salon too....highly recommended xx

I went to see coral for a consultation and was greeted immediately with a smile. The whole consultation lasted 15-20 minutes and was friendly throughout the time and walked away feeling positive and happy and trusting about coming back

I had the very best experience at the Shaftesbury salon on Saturday! I have Alopecia Areata so find having the hair I do have cut by someone new a bit nerve wracking. Emma was amazing - she was so kind and transformed my hair to look so much thicker and did an amazing job on the colour too. I was discussing with her about the wig I was planning on buying for when I want to do a bit more with my hair and not worry about the Alopecia, Roddy overheard and came over to give me some great advice and did so in such a kind and subtle way. 💗 the whole experience was just great and the salon looking amazing too! Thank you! 💗💗

After seven years of happy visits to Hairdresser to have my hair cut & styled by Simon, l returned to the recently opened Sanctuary today.
The salon has been sympathetically decorated, the staff present were welcoming & efficient and the overall atmosphere was calm & pleasant.

I go to lily every time and she does an incredible job of my hair I absolutely love it 💕

Had a lovely appointment this morning and was really nice being back in this building - I have followed Emma since she was here the last time and she is my absolute favourite hairdresser. Amazing people skills and really makes you feel at home and comfortable. She really supports your own ideas and is pure hairdressing no sales pitching!! Will visit the spa too.

Lovely cut from Emma exactly how I wanted it. People dont always do what you want so that's great. Love the choice of sitting or lying down chair for washing, great when you have a bad back.Professional and relaxed atmosphere from a lovely bright salon. Thank you for my cuppa too. This was my first time going to The little sanctuary Shaftesbury. I had a full head of highlights with a cut and blowdry.
My experience was lovely from start to finish! Claire was really welcoming and very knowledgeable, she has done exactly what I asked for (which was a huge task) with amazing results. The atmosphere was so nice, exactly what you would want. I even got a hand massage by the lovely apprentice! Thankyou!

I came to the sanctuary as I had read some very good reviews on their website ,I hadn't had my hair done for quite a while & decided to have it coloured as I was quite gray but did have some natural colour to the bottom of my hair so Olivia matched the colour with foils to my natural colour & covered all my gray my hair looks amazing she also gave it a cut & gave me back a fringe which had grown out & looked a mess ,very friendly staff , lovely salon 2 cups of tea & 2 biscuits to say I was pleased is a under statement I will definitely be going back & would definitely recommend any one to have their hair done here & good vale for money ,thks Olivia so much .
