I went in with thick, long hair. Asked for a simple two layered cut. I was specific that it be left long enough to put up as I suffer in the heat. It is nothing like what I wanted. The overuse of blunt thinning scissors has left me with hundreds of split ends. I tried to diplomatically say that I was not keen on the use of these for this reason. Ignored. I cannot put it up as it looks like a thin twig! as this was also ignored. I look ridiculous and it will take years to put right. I feel like a sheep that has been shorn, certainly not a client who has gone to a stylist.
