The head massage during the wash is one of my favourite parts of the visit, so relaxing! I always leave feeling really happy with my hair. Was made to feel very welcome. Offered a drink as soon as I sat down & was brought a lovely small bottle of water & a glass. Had my hair washed by a young apprentice & the head massage at the end was amazing. My haircut was done exactly as I requested as always by Emily. An all round lovely experience.
Emily gave great advice about how to create colour and highlights to blend in with a grey streak - colour is perfect and a great cut that works with my hair

Initially I went to You Hair Design because I wanted to find a salon that uses organic colour products. Now that I’ve stopped colouring my hair it’s important to me that I get a good, sharp cut. Mia is an excellent stylist; someone I can always rely upon to give me what I ask for, but equally someone who is ready to give advice on my choice, when necessary. I wanted to know that each visit would result in me leaving the salon feeling like a million dollars. That has ALWAYS been the case. I would highly recommend Mia and her wonderful, friendly staff.
