Whenever I go to hair salons for blonde hair I always find that they make it too ashy / too dull. I always want bright and summery and Aga always does exactly that, it always looks better than I could have ever imagined

This was the first time coming to the Toca salon but I loved the atmosphere in there as they were very welcoming and clean. Lauren was lovely and was very easy to talk to! I love the end result of my balayage and will definitely be coming back again!

I went to TOCA hair salon today to get my hair fully highlighted blonde by Aga, I am completely in love with the results, my hair looks amazing! She took so much time and care and made my hair feel brand new again! I will be defiantly be coming back I am so so happy with the results, this is the best my hair has ever looked, thank you so much Aga!

Second time coming to TOCA and getting a balayage by Lauren, I always leave so happy with the result, she knows exactly what I want and always delivers! She is also so lovely to chat to and makes the appointments go by so quick! She also saved my disastrous fringe that I cut myself and cut in even curtain bangs and it is now growing out evenly! Amazing service!

This is my third or fourth time of Aga doing my hair and I always come away feeling fantastic! The salon is such a welcoming environment and the team are so friendly and accommodating. I love the way my hair looks and feels every time I see Aga, so most definitely would highly recommend!

Had amazing colour and cut blowdry with sophie . She 1st class stylist . After leaving salon someone commented on my hair . It's very relaxed and lovely friendly atomosphere .

Lauren did a great job with my hair today. She is very intuitive, friendly and really listens to what you do want from a hair cut. I can run my hands through my hair again, yay!

I came in for a cut and finish. Sophie is so friendly and very talented at her job. I enjoyed every second of my haircut. The salon is spotless and very warm and inviting. Honestly the best hairdressers in Bournemouth.

Aga is very proffessional but also very nice and cute we always have a good chat and laugh while I'm having my hair done. Every time I'm very happy with my hairstyle and colour. Highly recommend!

I’m sorry to write this review, I had quite a unpleasant experience. My head & the rest of my body was sore after being at the salon hours. I asked for Balayage & what I received was Highlights. Because I’d been there so long I just wanted to leave & didn’t look at the price difference, therefore I paid a lot more than I should have. My hair wasn’t even that bad beforehand... I think **** was a little apprehensive working with curly hair & thought it may break, despite me explaining my past experiences & colouring. I felt awkward throughout & so uncomfortable. I was offered 1 cup of water in 4 hours. **** didn’t talk to me or make me feel welcome. Despite being the Manager, it seemed as though she may not have been very experienced. I think more training should be provided about Curly Hair types.
I do apologise for the brutality of this review. I did try to reach out before writing this review to resolve my experiences but was unfortunately told nothing could be done & that my hair being curly was a problem. (It’s actually thin with healthy curls, it’s very easy to work with)

First time in the salon and Sophie listened to my request, understood my requirements and has given me a fantastic hair cut. I will definitely go back.

This was my first experience of a salon outside of my family hair dresser and everyone was absolutely amazing. All the staff were friendly and chatty. But most importantly my hair look and feels amazing!!! I’m so happy with how it’s come out :)

I don’t know where to start. The staff are so lovely and warming from the get go. This is the first time I have ever got my hair dyed, hobby lighted and toned before and the stylist had a mission to colour match to the extensions I am

In to my hair was a lengthy process and the fact she was able to do such a great job 3.5 hours later, I’ve never loved hair on my head so much in my life! I’ve actually got my confidence back with the way they have transformed my hair! Best salon by far! Book now!!

Another lovely cut from Sophie. There was a price increase as under new management, but was made aware prior to the appointment. It was great to be back in the salon.

Thanks to Inga for the lovely haircut for my daughter and myself. Very professional and followed our hairstyle request. Enjoyed that head massage too! Feels great to be able to go to the salon again. Many thanks and see you again soon!
