I phoned to make an appointment, the lady gave me a time and day. I then got a phone call asking if I would change the time, so I did. I then on the morning of the appointment got another phone call to change the time again, I couldn’t this time because of other commitments and a interview for another job. I was in fact 10 minutes late but that couldn’t be helped on my part.
In all the hair cuts I’ve had in my life that was the quickest, I had to inform her that one side was uneven, and that my fringe needed a little more off, infuriating her because she was so desperate to get on with her other client, she couldn’t even be bothered to put the straighteners through my hair at the end. I found the whole process with much dissatisfaction. I always thought that by going to a hairdressers you should enjoy the experience and cut and service that would make you feel like you would want to go back.
But I definitely will not be going back here.
