I just had a massage by Lauren and she incredible!
Ive had massage by various people but i can honestly say she is the best ive ever had!
She made me feel very relaxed, asked me how i like my massage- strong/light before she began so I got the best experience out of it.
I had numerous knots in my back due to currently decorating and I could feel how hard Lauren worked on them.
Thank you for this amazing experience- I will be back in 3 weeks for another workout on my knots…

A lovely relaxing massage.

I chose the pamper package so had the best of both which included a massage and a facial. Lauren was fab she knew the exact pressure and made me feel so relaxed. I felt like a new woman.

I was gifted an indulgence package as a 50th birthday present. I had not been to The Beauty Room for a treatment before so was unsure what to expect. I was incredibly impressed with Maisie’s skills during the pedicure, massage and facial. She was very calm and focussed, and wasn’t overly chatty which I liked. She is clearly brilliant at her job. I can honestly say it was the best massage I have had. I felt so relaxed and rejuvenated afterwards and will definitely be booking with Maisie again. The only small bit of feedback I would give is that I was a little bit cold during the massage and facial and it would have been nice if the warm was warmer or the blanket was a bit thicker. I have been to another massage where a heated blanket is used to lie on which was very lovely.

Lauren is so professional yet welcoming and always a pleasure to chat to. She has great attention to detail and listens to exactly what you want. Love going for my pamper sessions with Lauren so much I have booked appointments with her until August!

I had a lovely time with Maisy today. She is the best and the ultimate professional when dealing with you. She is also fun and friendly.

I had a lash tint. My eyelashes are sparse and short and I need to have them tinted regularly now to build on this first visit. Maisie was welcoming and delightful. Next time I will make sure I am in the most comfortable sitting position.

Lauren is absolutely fantastic at her job. Love every visit even if it’s for a spot of waxing, she puts me at ease and leaves me with a fantastic result. Her massage is the best around, cannot recommend more!

The Beauty Room is great. You can phone or e mail for an appointment. I have been four times now with a different beautician each time and have found them to be excellent. The first time I went, a beautician came in on her day off to cover for her sick colleague.

I recently experienced the Anti-Aging Comfort Zone Facial, and it was absolutely lovely! From the moment I walked in, Phoebe made me feel relaxed and pampered. The treatment itself was so soothing.

The products used during the facial were gentle yet effective, and I appreciated how everything was tailored to my skin’s needs.

This facial is truly a rejuvenating experience, and I can't recommend it enough. Thank you for such wonderful service—I’ll definitely be back!

This was my first facial and I will certainly be booking these regularly! Phoebe was amazing, I was so relaxed I had to apologise for snoring! It included a feet and hand massage too which was divine. I felt like I was walking on a cloud when I left.

What can I say, Phoebe always does a brilliant job with my nails but today the look absolutely fabulous and very Christmasy
