Excellent work done for my hair and really appreciated
I was booked with Scarlett and she did a wonderful job. My hair was layered exactly how I wanted and styled beautifully. Scarlett was also very attentive to detail, and before proceeding with each step, she double-checked with me. The overall experience was great - we had a lovely chat and everything felt relaxed and easy. I’m really happy with the result and would definitely come back :)

I have been coming to mb for 6 years, and never been disappointed until today. my stylist who just qualified in August I think. Usually have Tracy but she unexpectedly retired. She seems like a nice enough girl, but she did not rinse the back off my hair out properly after a half head, or cut my fringe properly. When blow drying it seemed like she did not know what layered bangs were, and even though just a express dry, they were just laying there. I was close to tears. She even implied that my hair was not sticky at the back, which though offered to wash it again, I just wanted to get out of there. And to make matters worse, she did not come and take the money herself, even though she could see I was upset
I was really sorry that you may be closing and I wish you all the luck for the future, but as Tracy retired, I would not be booking again with her. Shame that my last experience at the salon, ended with a bad taste in my mouth.

Pip was amazing. She explained the whole procedure in great depth, very knowledgeable. It was so relaxing and my skin feels amazing. I will definitely be having another one at a future date. I was ansonsten expecting the hand, and neck etc massage it was just a lovely experience. I had an Environ facial with peel.

Bailey is the best hairdresser I’ve ever had. I don’t just get a fab haircut and awesome colour (that loads of people complimented me on) but I get a great few hours of lovely chat and laughs - Bailey isn’t just an awesome hairdresser who completely knows his stuff he’s an absolute star of a person.
