Visited as regular customer,
Appreciate staff being back due to COVID, very clean and makes you feel safe.

Hair was done by ***** (regular hairdresser) had foil colour first time (blonde )
Wasn’t happy with first visit due to discolour and having mixed tones,

Returned second time F.o.c (good services to book me in ASAP)

Second time toner was done - but is still the same and discoloured and have mixed tones.

Like coming to KH as good staff and trustworthy - but this time not left happy with the hair colour, don’t like to complain but just want to feel happy with having my hair how I like
