From arriving at salon to leaving I was treated in a friendly and helpful manner. Asked if I wanted a drink on more than one occasion as it was hot, Carly so so helpful suggesting colours and style to suit me. The girl who washed my hair was really friendly. All in all a great experience and I will definitely be a regular customer

Amazing service! I can’t remember the stylist name but she had long brown dark hair tied back in a claw clip. She was so friendly and helpful with helping me decide what type of cut I wanted. 100% would recommend to anyone.

Colour is fab and definitely looks great for summer. Thank you Carly - always a great time spent at the salon and the best way to unwind and relax. Also thanks to you too Audrey for always sorting out my appointments with a cheery smile and a friendly chat. Couldn’t do without you both looking after me!

I am really pleased with the cut, it has made me look and feel younger. As promised it takes very minimal effort daily and even when I have failed to do anything with it - it looks good. IThe whole experience was great and I highly recommend Keith Halls and Carly.

I love this salon. The stylists are all great, especially Sarah! I left with the exact haircut I wanted and it was a lovely relaxing experience with a head massage, pot of tea and a good old chinwag! Cannot recommend them enough

Tamzin did my hair today all on her own blond highlights and a 3 inch cut with a long layer xx best result I have ever had did exactly what I wanted she was friendly confident and very knowledgeable when I asked questions 100% outstanding result please see pictures thank you Tamzin ?

I had a wash cut and blow dry last Saturday with Sarah. I had a change to my normal style and Sarah was very helpful in giving her expert advice as usual. Sarah is always meticulous to detail and is always very friendly making your visit a very comfortable experience from start to finish. Every member of staff is always very friendly and you feel relaxed after your head is massaged after your hair has been washed and a delicious coffee is always welcome. Marian
