After a previous bad experience at another salon Mia went above and beyond in ensuring I left with the perfect hair and a smile on my face

The salon is always clean & tidy. He staff are always friendly & give great advice on your hair.
Mia was great. Did exactly what I wanted & we had a great chat. She made me feel welcome & throughout my cut she made sure what she was doing was what I wanted. She was great.

Been here a few times now and every time it has been the same. Megan understands and listens to what I am saying. She is helpful, friendly but at the same time honest that if you ask her a question she will tell you truthfully if it would work for you.

I was quite nervous about getting my hair cut as wanted to go quite short but Sarah was brilliant, she really put me at ease, was lovely to chat to and did a brilliant job, I absolutely love my new style. The salon was really relaxed and friendly. I highly recommend.

I came in for my roots and hair to be recoloured and all the works.
The colour was lovely and really pleased with the end result

KH is a great salon and I am always made to feel relaxed and welcome. The coffee is also great! Covid secure practices in place too.
Mia is a star - super bubbly and lovely to have work on your hair. Gave me a whole new style exactly as I asked for and offered great advice on styling.

Many thanks to Audrey on reception who managed to accommodate my change of appointment dates and mega thanks to Carly who made me party ready for my Christmas night out. Great colour, great cut, great curls!

Megan took r time to ask me three styler I was looking for and at each stage of the cut asked me if I was happy. The finished style is lovely.. stylish and easy to look after and manage at home. Very happy customer ?

Sarah was great, would definitely recommend, she was attentive and I loved my hair.
My only negative is that when I booked it said the price would be £24 but when I went to pay I was charged £26, I only thought about it as I walked out the door, I then checked my emails and the quote was definitely £24 which is what I had paid the previous week

Been going to Adam at KH Long Eaton for years and years. Friendly staff. Always up for a chat. Adam listens to what I want re my hair and gives good advice. All staff very pleasant. Lovely clean, modern salon. Would highly recommend.
