Missed last appointment four weeks earlier due to illness so it was such a relief to get my hair under control again. Always good to have my hair cut by Adam, have a good chat and enjoy lots of laughs. Plenty of compliments after the cut 😀

Re the reason for the title of the review

Because I was later told that the previous customer was half an hour late, and additional treatment was asked for…….the knock on effect was that ensuing appointments were also running late. This meant that half way through my appointment I had to leave the salon with wet hair in order to move my car to avoid a parking fine. It also meant that I was late for an appointment elsewhere.
This has resulted in my giving a lower star rating for the level of the service which is my usual experience.

Jasmine was very good, however I feel my hair is too blond now where I wanted more of a subtle change. In daylight it looks a bit harsh. Looks more like complete head colour instead of highlights.

I've been coming to this salon for over 20 years. The staff are always friendly and it has a relaxed atmosphere. They have a mixed client base of all ages.

Jasmin is a lovely girl, very easy to talk to, i thought she did a good cut on my hair being as it was the first time she had seen my hair plus me changing how short i wanted it halfway through, Audrey is very pleasant aswell, all in all i was a happy client

Megan is very professional and such a lovely person. I feel relaxed and so easy to talk to.

I had Chloe as my stylist a she was wonderful, she kept the conversation flowing, offered refreshments. If there was any trouble she would stay calm and bring a member of staff to walk me through it so I would full understand what was happening. Tamzin helped Chloe with my hair and she was wonderful spoke in a professional and positive manner I would recommend them both to other people as my hair turned out amazing!!!

Much needed hair cut due to cancellation of cut and colour as I have fractured my shoulder. Was grateful to be out of the house for some company and banter, thank you
