Warm, chatty, welcoming and attentive to mine and more importantly my daughter’s needs.
Communication is absolutely key, especially when it comes to a child that knows she wants a Sabrina Carpenter look 👀 nothing else will do.
With a collaborative approach the mission proved possible, as for me I left wondering why didn’t I get my hair trimmed much sooner…. when you have soo many things to do as a busy mum, all too often looking after our hair is the last thing we do. How fabulous....I was early for my appointment (25 minutes) and the young lady on reception got me a coffee and magazines untill Grace was ready for me.

I phoned K H hair hoping to make a hair appointment for my mum. She had been let down by her regular hairdresser. Luckily we were offered an appointment. On arrival my mum was made to feel welcome and she was given full attention. Jo asked how she would like her hair styled and also gave my mum advice My mum was delighted. With the style and on our she was treated.

Through my whole experience I was make to feel relaxed. The atmosphere inside the salon was so friendly. The stylist pay attention to detail , whilst listening attentively to what I wanted and questioned me about what I would like.
