Excellent as always

As most people, I could hardly wait to have my hair cut and blow dry !! It is always worth waiting for but especially at this time. The staff are really caring and I had pulled a muscle and they could not do enough to make me comfortable. All the girls are great and Jo today was on top form. Well done to the Whole Team.

Friendly efficient service

I am always happy with my haircut from Hayley and the service I receive. However, I was a little bit annoyed to find the prices have increased by £4 but also to be charged £2 for COVID hygiene. I understand that these changes will take place but it would have been better to have been told about beforehand.

Excellent as usual-scrupulous attention to hygiene as always-adhered to all Covid advice.Anna and the other staff always listen to what the customer wants while using their skill and experience to give helpful advice.

I have been a customer for about 7 years and in that time I have not been disappointed with the service they provide and the professional standard of their Hair Stylists. The atmosphere is not quite the same due to restrictions, but they make a great job at trying to make you just as special. They go the extra mile in many ways when at all possible. Well done and I hope the Team Stay safe and Well!

Alex is always very attentive and never disappoints. She gives advice and makes style suggestions. She is always friendly and cheerful and takes pride in her own appearance.

I had my roots coloured and my hair cut which I left the style up to Judith I was very pleased with the results and have had compliments from friends.

My first visit back to KH Ilkeston since lockdown in March!, so you can imagine what needed to be done. Hayley, as always, made a fantastic job - thank you Hayley.

Excellent service as always! As I was there for a while for my colour it was great to see digital-magazines on offer, Felt extremely COVID-safe in the salon too. I always trust my stylist and I am very pleased with my cut/colour.

My hair was seen to by three amazing people! I felt like they took their time to make sure everything was done to the highest standard. First I had an amazing head massage and hair wash so good that I almost fell asleep! I then had my hair cut exactly how I wanted it with them asking questions and keeping me in the loop before doing anything. And then finally I had my hair curled so well that I wished I had somewhere to go to out and show it off! An absolutely amazing experience for a great price.

Hayley always makes me feel amazing, whether its a quick dry trim or a full cut and blow dry. There isn't anyone else I'd trust with my hair! She's also incredibly patient as I turn up each time unsure as to what I actually want, however I always leave with something I love. I've recommended her to several family members and my Grandma came away with her favourite hair cut in years! Money well spent every time.

Despite the current situation I felt safe in the salon. Hayley is delightful, friendly and a good hairdresser.

Visited again after COVID lockdown for cut and blow dry after 10 weeks. Felt very safe under COVID restrictions. Hair cut on time and excellent standard yet again. Made to feel welcome by all friendly staff in the salon. Would recommend to anyone who wants a good haircut and finish.

Always welcomes you on your arrival and keeps to appointment time. Really listens to what treatment you want and offers advice as necessary. Pleasant and friendly throughout.

Soooo lovely to see Nicky again and she most certainly hasn’t lost her ability to create a lovely blonde colour. Thank you Nicky love it. (Jo is bril too!) Despite everything adhering to Government regulations there’s still that warm friendly feeling the moment one steps through the door. It will be so good when coffee is served again !!

I can’t praise Nicki and the Salon enough. She’s always so lovely. As are all the girls who work there. They have gone over and above what’s necessary to make everywhere clean and safe. I’ve been going to the salon for 23 years and can’t ever imagine going anywhere else.

Had a cut and blow dry with Judith. Both the salon and Judith adhered to all current covid regulations by encouraging customers to wear face coverings, sanitise hands when entering and all wearing correct PPE. Lovely hair cut as usual with lots of laughs which is just what we all need at the moment. Thank you.
