I’ve had the same person cut my hair for the last 10 years. Unfortunately she’s not available at the moment so I took a leap of faith and booked an appointment with Emily. She was lovely from start to finish and I’m so pleased with my hair cut. Thankyou xx

I have been going to Keith hall's Ilkeston for a few years. And l have no complaints at all .All staff are lovely l had Emily today who did my hair lovely...and l love my cappuccino and biscuit.

Always a friendly professional welcome from reception staff .Nicky always listens and does a lovely cut .Regulatly recommending her to my friends and family.

I had a balayage a few months ago that then had to be rectified as the first time it didn’t take, the second balayage seem to go better and looked nice.. however a few months down the line my balayage colour is now green due to the amount of chemicals used on my hair… I can’t even wear it down now as all you can see is a really bad green colour..staff where lovely both times I must admit but for £145 I didn’t expect to get green hair.. I went with a salon that had a good name instead of a cheaper salon but made a massive mistake.. I have no idea how I am suppose to fix this now and just feel like shaving all my hair off that is down my back.. I’m absolutely mortified

Hayley make my hair look and feel wonderful, has always, Hayley is fantastic hairdresser, and always does my hair to the highest standard. I
Will never go to any other hairdresser, once you’ve been to Keith halls, you’ll never want to go anywhere else, I’ve been going to Keith halls for years now, can’t remember how many. I’ve only just been to my visit to day, my hair looks magnificent! Can’t wait to go for my next appointment, see you soon Hayley ??XX

I’ve been going to Alex for nearly a year now. She’s so easy going and makes me feel comfortable every time. Im always happy with the style she gives me. My daughter also had an appointment with jo. She’s 14 and sometimes not sure what she wants. Jo was very patient and made my daughter fell great with her new hair. Thanks

Hayley has been my hairdresser for a short time but I was also at the salon when she was a junior. She is an expert on curly hair and I would highly recommend her. She is really friendly, a brilliant colourist (if that’s a word), quick and overall excellent.

A 63yr old’s dilemma... do I let the grey come through or not. At my last appointment my consultation with Hayley helped me to decide. Today, I have dumped the warm orange tone that I had self inflicted on my hair Ta-dah Hayley then worked her magic by allowing my grey to come through whilst putting some of my real hair tone colour through to deaden the orange.
I am Now happily going grey with style thanks to Hayley.... inspirational!

I will definitely be going to Kieth Hall regularly from now on. Hopefully with Judith.
