Emily always listens and cuts and drys my hair as I like. My hair always feels lovely when I walk out of the salon.

I have anxiety when it comes to most situations but the whole places makes you feel at ease. Hayley is amazing wouldn't go anywhere else!

Nicky is a brilliant stylist. She is always helpful and I am always pleased with how she styles my hair.

Judith met me with a smile and a question about something we talked about last time which made me feel welcome. She talked me through what I wanted my hair to look like. and what I could manage. I had a cup of coffee and didn’t feel at all rushed.

Had hayley for years now as I’m very mardy about my hair and everytime she knows exactly what to do (I have mega thick wirey long hair) to freshen it up. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. The hair washer was fantastic too. Lovey girl.

I have been going to Keith hall's Ilkeston for a few years. And l have no complaints at all .All staff are lovely l had Emily today who did my hair lovely...and l love my cappuccino and biscuit.

I had a balayage a few months ago that then had to be rectified as the first time it didn’t take, the second balayage seem to go better and looked nice.. however a few months down the line my balayage colour is now green due to the amount of chemicals used on my hair… I can’t even wear it down now as all you can see is a really bad green colour..staff where lovely both times I must admit but for £145 I didn’t expect to get green hair.. I went with a salon that had a good name instead of a cheaper salon but made a massive mistake.. I have no idea how I am suppose to fix this now and just feel like shaving all my hair off that is down my back.. I’m absolutely mortified
