Superb cutting and styling of a short style.

My previous hairdresser had retired so I needed to find a new stylist. Grace was very knowledgable and engaging, she made a fabulous job of my cut and blow dry and I have now definitely found my new stylist.

Enjoyed my visit. First appt. with Emily and really pleased with my cut and blow.

What can I say? Nicky is always attentive and just a lovely person all around. She always does an amazing job with my hair and its why I keep coming back to her.

I came in for my wedding trial and was not very happy with the look. stylist was very nice but she tried one look and due to time constraints (someone else was booked after me and a colleague came up and told the stylist twice in a minute or two that the next person was waiting,) it wasn't even finished. It's pointless doing a trial and not actually knowing what it will look like by the end of the session. I was in and out in less than an hour as well so it wasn't very long a trial but you get what you pay for.
I shared that my hair didn't always hold curls well and no additional product was put in to remedy this and literally by the time I got home, most of the curls had fallen out. I did have freshly washed hair so this may have contributed to it but by a couple of hours later, it was almost completely flat.
The style itself was really plain and not elevated wedding style; to be honest, I felt worse than when I do my hair myself.
I have called to cancel my appointment and my 4 bridesmaids and no feedback was asked for, which I found surprising.
One last thing that I didn't say anything about at the time is that I could see other customers were offered drinks and I wasn't (would have loved one, was 9am on a Saturday morning and hadn't had time for a drink before I left home as I live in a bit away) so it definitely didn't feel like a very nice experience overall.

Emily was helpful and friendly, listened to what I wanted, had some great suggestions and did a lovely restyle, I'm very pleased.

Went for a trial up do for a wedding. Jo was friendly, professional and helpful and showed me a couple of styles to choose from.

Very good and friendly my hair cut is very well done I like it a lot..when I told my partner how much I paid ( £27) she said did they shampoo it befor the cut no I said she remarked it's a lot for a man's hair cut .

First time that I have had Judith do my hair today. She has done a fantastic job. Great enthusiasm and huge skill. She has embraced my greyness and made a fab job of cutting my hair to show case this. Thanks Judith ?

Rang at 9 and got an appointment the same day - and on a Saturday too. Alex was spot on with my haircut . She’s worked there for 35 years so that’s always a good sign it’s a good place to work.
Plus the music being played in the salon was great !

I was treated like royalty, with a pleasant stylist and in a clockwork run business. Looking after my every need. Full marks guys!
