I am very happy with the colour service provided by Grace. When I left the salon with my new cut I had it styled with beach curls. After I washed my hair my bob was not even and not in a proper bob shape. I went back to the salon for correction which was easy enough to do but the bob is not good. It still slopes down at the back and there are still uneven bits on the side. The style is nothing like I showed Grace and also over an inch shorter than I asked for.
Overall this has turned into a terrible salon experience for me. My hair now just makes me feel sad and I won’t be returning to the salon again.
