KH Hair Ilkeston was the third salon to open its doors in 1963, the salon is led by Salon Director; Anna Hartgrove and attends to around 300 clients a week, the salon has a warm and friendly but still professional atmosphere.

On all my reviews I talk about the considerate and non judgmental way Hayley cuts my hair. She offers advice but allows freedom of choice within it.
She was very considerate today when I came in with bad vertigo but still needed desperately to have my hair done!

Have visited this salon for about 20 years . Always a joy to go . I am only there for about 30 mins - I just have a wash and cut with no blow dry - but we always have a good chat and my hair cut is often commented on by people I meet who want to know where I go to have it done

Mia loves her hair grace was lovely and very friendly mia didn't want me to leave her she Is 17 but has ts and has anxiety with new places grace found somewhere for me to sit so that I could stay with Mia the experience was very calm and relaxing for Mia which helped to keep her tics to a minimum which was great she also did a lovely job of Mia's hair :)

Rang up at 9am on a Saturday and they managed to fit me in at 10:30 for a cute and blow dry. The whole time felt like a spa experience. My hair looks and smells amazing. They took their time washing my hair, giving me a scalp massage and double shampooing. Will definitely be returning, fabulous! X

I am really sorry to say on this occasion I was very disappointed as I was left with colour around my forehead, in ears and the nape of my neck, it wasn’t just a little it was a lot, it will be impossible to remove without washing. Thank goodness I wasn’t going out or was going to a event. This has never happen before. She knows I have psoriasis of the scalp so usually washes the back of my neck well, and removes all colour. I am aware it’s impossible to remove every particle. There was blobs of colour on my cheeks. So sorry to be leaving this review I am never one to complain usually.

KH Hair Ilkeston was the third salon to open its doors in 1963, the salon is led by Salon Director; Anna Hartgrove and attends to around 300 clients a week, the salon has a warm and friendly but still professional atmosphere.
